Every so often somebody discovers this blog and spam reblogs and likes about 15-30 posts and it's one of my favourite things ever, like hell yeah fall down that rabbit hole and hyperfocus on this one very specific thing, that's literally why I made this blog in the first place!

Star in a hyperfocus state.

hyperfocus can be good but also bad. we can really enjoy what were doing and get into the "zone". we can spend hours on an activity in a hyperfocus state. we fail to take care ourselves, not eating or drink water, use the bathroom, etc. we're a bit of a mess. were trying to find ways to cope.
