Training HCs for Reader, Kairi, Lea, and Aqua
My immediate thought was the dynamic between Lea and Aqua. Obviously, Aqua and Kairi have met before and she treats her like she does Ventus, seeing Kairi as someone to protect but admiring the budding wielder's determination and willingness to learn and protect her own ideals. And Lea and Kairi have spent a lot of time together, unfortunately including the whole "kidnapping" situation in KH2, but they get along very well as fellow students. Lea and Aqua on the other hand...there may be some playful conflict you and Kairi have to resolve.
It's nothing done in ill-will. It's just...Lea definitely calls Aqua "Teach" instead of "Master Aqua" like she insists he calls her and it can cause childish bickering between the two until Aqua makes him sit in time out so she can focus on teaching you and Kairi.
Presumably, you and Kairi are closer in age and Keyblade wielding experience so Aqua pits you two against each other most often for training. Though she's typically viewed as delicate, Kairi really doesn't hold anything back and is as desperate to get stronger as anyone so expect to be knocked down a bit before you learn her intricate fighting style and are able to beat her yourself.
Aqua and Lea tend to be the ones duelling each other, partially because Lea is overconfident (but he knows Aqua won't go down easy,) and because Aqua is intent on putting Lea in his place every so often, just to knock his ego down a peg. The Master might smirk to herself behind Lea's back, but you and Kairi have caught her a couple of times and she quickly regains her professional composure.
Deep down, Aqua is unsure of herself as a teacher, though. Sometimes she'll voice these concerns to you three as a group, detailing her time in the Realm of Darkness, about how she turned her Keyblade on her friends, how she gave in so easily to the Heartless during the most recent Keyblade War. Her insecurities get to her sometimes and she doesn't feel like she's a very good teacher.
With Lea and Kairi's help, however, you can easily pull her out of this slump by reminding her of all she's taught you so far and remind her of what she's achieved: overcoming the darkness, letting Kairi overcome her fears of weakness and uselessness - especially as a girl in what is predominantly a male art of fighting and protecting others - and for helping Lea to understand that he shouldn't blame himself for what happened to his closest friends. In a lot of ways, Lea and Aqua see each other as people who have gone through very similar experiences and it's why their fights never really escalate: they really do understand each other.
While you and Kairi train, you can see the two of them sat a little distance away, smiling with each other. You can hear them talking about their experiences, about their friends and any similarities their friendship circles might have. Sometimes their voices are a bit melancholic, sharing advice about how to stop oneself from falling into the darkness of guilt, but Lea is always the type to change the topic when it gets to heavy, usually slapping Aqua on the back - much to her dismay - and offering sea-salt ice cream he pulled from nowhere.
Oh yeah! You, Lea, and Kairi got to witness Aqua trying her first sea-salt ice cream bar! It was...interesting. She was a little bewildered at first that the three of you thought it was a regular thing to take ice cream everywhere and eat it during breaks in training, but she wasn't one to argue with tradition. When she tried it, she went through the usual strange yet delightful confusion of "salty but sweet." It's not her favourite thing to eat, but everytime Lea brings a bunch of bars to training, she won't refuse it. She wants to introduce it to Ven and Terra, to watch their reactions to the bizarre flavour.
Aqua and Kairi will also help you and Lea make little hand-crafted keepsakes, like the Wayfinders and the Promise Charm, during your breaks in training. Lea...struggles because his hands are so massive and he doesn't really have very delicate hands, but he eventually makes four charms in the shape of the Recusant's Sigil made from spare ice-cream sticks, metals, and jewels. He's a slight bit awkward talking about it, stumbling a bit when he mentions who they're for: "Well, there's one for me, Roxas, and Xion - obviously." "And the fourth?" "...and, uh, one for Isa. Duh."
Lea absolutely adores telling funny stories from his time in The Organization. It wasn't all a bad time, he assures, and then proceeds to talk about the multiple times Larxene throttled Demyx for one reason or another, physically and verbally, and you, Kairi, and Aqua are all very concerned for what he considers "a good time."
Can you make some headcannons for the alternative timeline where Adeptus!reader was saved much later basically these headcannons are her friendship with the other Destiny Islands kids (Kairi, Riku, Tidus, Wakka, & Selphie) and how Y/n settles into her new life outside Dottore's lab

Kairi is incredibly fond of you and the passion that you have. She can relate after all! Being the shortest, the one that would always get left behind, or underestimated, she completely understands how and why you feel that way.

If the target of your rage deserves it, Aqua will actively encourage your behavior and even join in sometimes.
Aqua is quite the peaceful person, but even she gets as worked up as you when someone threatens the safety of her family and friends.
Deep down, she does understand how you feel and despite reprimanding you for your behavior sometimes, she doesn't want you to be ashamed of those feelings.
She would actively encourage those feelings, if the safety of innocents weren't at risk.
