Then check out this #macrohack that will mean you can have a great tasting pizza style dish without ❌ all the carbs and fat that end up ruining your meal plan 👎🏻. . Now my suggestion might not taste exactly the same as real pizza, but it's pretty damn good for a meal you could have every day. . All you need to do is get some sweet potato wraps (I use @bfreefoods). Smear on a couple of tablespoons of tomato purée 🍅. Throw on 50g of cooked 🐔and 30g of mozzarella 🧀. Finish with some spinach and herbs to complete the dish. Oven cook for about 10 mins to make that cheese melt. . To eat it, fold it up like a calzone and it tastes divine. It hits the spot for taste and is almost bang on the 40/40/20 target a lot of you will be aiming for. . Oh. And those macros are for 2️⃣ pizzas so that's win win all round in my book 📖. . Of course, there's no reason why you can't work a full Pizza into your macros, but I'm guessing it'll be at the expense of some other decent meals 🍽 during the rest of the day. .
