Blog Life Lou: Early to rise & grind! 8am training sesh with my boo @gregory_mdi_coach & my Meta Max peeps! I am still hitting 87% heavy squat cleans at new body weight! I'm really happy about that. I still lift the same & I am the lightest weight I have ever been. 8 sets of 1. Then 20 rounds of 1 clean & jerk & 8 handstand push-ups before coaching got the Day going. My mind & heart are really happy. I have settled in to my new home with my family. The box is even more amazing then it has ever been. We are coming up on 5 years. It's a huge milestone & I hope you guys came make it to our 5 year anniversary 6/24/17. I am 35 years young & I am still learning every day. God has told me that I haven't even scratched the surface of what epicness & amaziness is to come to my family, box & I. My heart is joyful. I am alittle more silent these few days it's just because I am letting it all soak in. No worries peeps I'm still kinda a big deal no Big Deal! Blog Life: Strong woman Wednesday! I am so blessed to have strong beautiful ladies in my life. Olivia Lynn will have such great role models in her life. It's exciting.
