lois lane is most certainly one of the only people who could truly frighten batman if she chose to.
"I won't do it again." what I wouldn't give to hear what she told him.

so, which fanfic did the writer steal this from
“male bonding time”, my ass.
hal, i fear you aren’t as subtle as you think..
I'm convinced the DC fans/fic writers that reduce Hal Jordan to the dumb, blabbering, reckless and hotheaded type, conveniently forgets that the man is a test pilot. Do you all have any idea what that means?
It means he has years of hard work behind him. He has a degree in aviation mechanics, as well as a science degree in flight test engineering. He knows his maths and science. He knows his mechanics.
He's not stupid. He's a genius in his own way.
barry’s annual moment of grieving his dead husband
5x10, The Flash and the Furious
I love the idea of bruce and clark taking bullets for each other when it's required. not a single moment of doubt or hesitation, just blindly throwing themselves in the front because the situation deemed it necessary.
like the time when bruce pushed clark behind himself the time an armed robber broke into a gala the krypotian happened to attend as a reporter, because the random clumsy reporter from "the daily planet" suddenly being bulletproof would leave too many questions for the bystanders to grasp onto. despite his trauma, bruce managed to push it down out of sheer devotion.
or the time when they were in a fight with the justice league, and the enemy had actually done his research before facing them, having shaped their bullets out of kryptonite. clark sensed it, of course he did, but what else did he also sense? a gun pointed straight at bruce's unprotected back. so the man of steel moved at the speed of sound, taking the bullet containing the only material able to kill him, because any bullet wound would be nearly – if not absolutely – fatal to bruce. he would rather take that risk himself.
it's not a question for any of them, nor a duty. it's will. it's love.
(they're driving me insane guys)
while watching the DCAMU, i keep getting baffled over how god-awfully they tried to push superman and wonder woman together, when there’s literally NO chemistry there.
at the same time, all the romantic tension they attempted to forge between them somehow managed to end up between bruce and hal.
that’s a batlantern win that will go down in history books, idc
"batman tops!" ok, but bruce wayne sure as hell doesn't
