And I do mean EVERY single one.
I’m not a huge critic when it comes to ships, at least I don’t think I am. As long as anything isn’t super weird or illegal or whatever, I’m not not gonna care all that much.
Shipping, first and foremost, should be fun! As someone who has been stuck in a shipping war for like 5 years (Stranger Things Veteran) I prefer to keep things casual and enjoyable.
We are doing the metaphorical version of making our Barbie dolls kiss. It’s not THAT deep.
That all being said, I do take shipping and analyzing ships seriously to a degree. It is writing and I didn’t get my bachelors in English for nothing. I like to pick apart poorly written couples and gas up why some couples are amazing!
Everything here is pretty vanilla when it comes to just shipping. Cobra Kai on tumblr has always been chill in that regard. There are a lot of pairings, but they’re all pretty standard when it comes to the greater world of shipping culture.
And I think that’s fantastic!
I’ve seen some shit from my years on AO3 and the greater internet at large, so Cobra Kai is a huge wave of relief, lol.
Last to note, these are almost all in a romantic context rather than platonic shipping. However I WILL point out if I think a couple is better off as platonic because there are quite a few in here that are like that.
