Today, I'm going to relax and enjoy some delicious ribs and tasty beverages! 🔥 Tomorrow, I will welcome 27 kiddos to 5th grade- grateful to be in a district that provides options to families and teachers and the support to make that happen!! 😍 Haven't been this nervous since- well NEVER in all the years I've been teaching! So far 2020 has definitely been one that has given me crazy anxiety and many sleepless nights! 😳 I look forward to when the Covid/pandemic is behind us! Lola's Spices Caribbean Chicken and Black Beans *Instapot or Ninja pressure cooker 🥣 ✔1 lb. Chicken Thighs- boneless and skinless ✔1 oz.
