Ed + getting snug when he feels vulnerable
"Just an antique armoire... Been in the family for generations. I was hoping to blow it up at some point."
Ed is starting to understand the implications of having fallen in love with an Antiquing Gay (TM)
I’ll never forgive them for making such a great show and then cancelling it (btw this is my favorite episode ever)
how buttons felt about finding his vessel accurately represents how i feel about s2 so far

I saw this promo pic and I've never drawn anything so fast in my life—
The way ed said "you left me for mary" is yes very fucking heartbreaking but also.. he said mary, not your wife, not you ex, mary..
which feels so intimate to me, like he knows more about her than just a casual mention from stede, like they've had long conversations about who mary is.
I obviously haven't been able to stop thinking about this line. Every goddamn word in that line does insane things to my brain.. "You left Me for Mary".. but there's literally nothing else to say about the mary part because we have never seen them discuss mary or the children but, fucking ed saying mary just feels too close, too intimate, too familiar and it's making me crazy!!
