She has a different kamon (family crest) on the shoulders of her kimono. Yachiyo II is recorded as having made a 'false start', most probably with another okiya (geisha house) under a different name.

Gion Kobu's Newest Okiya!

(This actually happened last month and I'm so sorry that I missed posting about it but I was on vacation at the time and it appears that I never posted about it and just noticed it now, whoops!) Gion Kobu has a brand new okiya, but with familiar faces! It is owned by natori geiko Mamechizu (豆千鶴) and is named Nomura (野村)! Her imōto, Mameryū (まめ柳) and Haruchizu (櫻千鶴), have moved their registration from Tama to Nomura and hopefully we'll see some Nomura shikomi within the coming months ^^

i dont know why but i can totally imagen shuichi waking up, late at night because he's a light sleeper and his lover moves around a lot in sleep. just imagen him, he suddenly wakes up because you're kicking him after you tried turning to the side in youre sleep, and then he just grabes your leg and puts you back into the right position so he can continue to sleep. he always tried to tease you with this but you just end up apologizing over and over again because you feel bad for waking him up when he already can't sleep well .
