AU (coming from me rewatching the series) - A world where Ursa and Ozai suck a little more as parents and, when their children are revealed to be blessed by the spirits, they send them to live in Roku's temple with the Fire Sages, ordering that they are not to leave. Thankfully, they have Shyu (a man who is totally not their new dad).

Phoenix Azula

This is a wonderful piece that I commissioned from the fantastic Reiketsunomizunomegami (who did the linework) and u/Fuzzy_Ad320 (who did the colours) of a Phoenix version of Azula. I would imagine that this is after she escapes the Asylum and grows as a person away from the Fire Nation and her Family. The inspiration is from Marco the Phoenix.

AU based on my last poll - After a horrible gala, Zuko, who was never banished but was burned, and Azula get into an argument. One where Zuko wishes he was the best firebender in the world and Azula laughs saying the day he becomes a better firebender than her is the day she becomes immortal. Meanwhile, Agni is pissed at the Royal Family for what they’ve done in his name and all the destruction they’ve caused. He’s so angry that when he hears the siblings argument he decides to kill two birds with one stone: get rid of two members of the Royal Family and replace them with creatures he actually likes. The next day, Ozai declares that his children are dead. Their killers? A dragon and phoenix that were in their rooms that morning.
