funny thought: imagine ex wife starts going out with someone(you can pick who) but while this person is sleeping over in ex wife's bed cuddling ex wife, Jason breaks in
Jason: *stares while think why someone is cuddling his mama, in his spot in the bed*
Date: *wakes up* you Jason?
Jason: *nod*
Date: *gets out of the bed and moves to the couch so Jason can cuddle his mom* we can talk in the morning
Jason: *nods, takes the spot and after the stranger leaves, wakes ex wife up to ask why that person was here*
I had to think about this for a while, like who would ex wife be comfortable enough to bring into her home and let know about Jason and his little habit of breaking into her house, as well as who would be the most empathetic to it.

I think that J'onn would be a very empathetic partner to ex wife and he would also value her due to her helping him adjust to earth and human customs. He's stoic, but only in his face and voice, his actions and words speak volumes above all.
I think after the divorce, these two accidently run into each other and for a second, ex wife mentally panics bc she doesnt know if she should talk to him after the divorce, if running into her is awkward for him. J'onn hears it all, reassuring her that he is happy to see you and asks you if youre comfortable getting lunch with him.
You agrees, missing your old friends from Bruce's life, and y'all end up going out with each other privately.
You know he reads your mind and for the most part, youre is okay with it, knowing that its mainly an ingrained habit and that it was how his people would communicate, so you both develop a way to signal "inner thought time" so that you can think and not feel watched.
I have this Headcanon that J'onn loves listening and watching people have dreams especially since (again this is a headcannon) his people don't dream like humans do, so seeing a human dream is an experience.
J'onn knew about your grief when it came to Jason, how you didn't leave the manor hardly for an entire year, however, he didn't know the extent of it. Until you dreamt about it.
So the night comes that you and him are sleeping in bed together and he starts to get flashes of your dream, he can feel how broken you heart was, how isolated and numb you were. You couldn't stand being around people, but couldn't bare being alone.
Grief. He felt your grief and understood.
He understands why you are angry and hurt with Bruce and the children, he understands why you have such a strong maternal instinct for Jason.
So when Jason wakes him up, wanting to cuddle in bed with his ma after another rough night, filled with blood and shouts and Bruce's disappointment and pity in him, J'onn hunderstands and let's Jason take his place by your side.
I think you would also wake up, feeling the bed's movement, and hug your sweet cardinal, kissing his head as he curls up tightly against his ma. Looking up at J'onn, mouthing a silent "thank you" to the alien as you cuddle your not so little boy.
As for Constantine, due to losing his family because of a ritual when he was young understands that Jason sometimes just needs his ma, especially since John would do anything just to have one last hug from his mum.
I think John and you have more of a casual relationship, with you two hooking up every now and then, getting food together and occasionally indulging him during his moments of just needing someone to hold touch him (man is touch starved dears)
I do think John would grumble a little about Jason waking him up to take his warm spot in bed with you, but he cant complain too much, he knew going into the situationship with you that you put your kids (Jason) first before anyone, and he honestly respects it. You're showing that youre a good mum so he shouldn't complain.
Plus, John does something similar to Jason, breaking into your home so that he can spend time with you, so he has no real room to complain.
