Penguin’s one of my favorite Batman villains but he’s also one of the weirder ones because like why does he need an umbrella? He’s got the bird and fish associations thing, he’s got the pretending to be high society thing, both of those have to do (vaguely) with penguins, why does he also need an armada of weaponized parasols? At this point it’s a sign of cowardice to do away with it altogether but it was still an odd choice from the start.
