MY BRIDGERTON OTP (or as close to it as I can get). THE HOTTEST CANON COUPLE ON THE SHOW. I have so many thoughts on them it overwhelms me at times. 

I'll start by saying I knew they were doomed because they are basically all my favorites tropes put together, except make it regency England, lol. It might have been too many brazilian soap operas growing up, or just a love for angst and heartbreak, but I just have a huge soft spot for all mistresses/prostitutes/sex workers storylines? And then you made her also an OPERA SINGER? Who could resist? 

Their first scene together is not only hot and sexy, but fun and playful. That lounging together in bed after sex, touching each other and talking freely, is just everything to me. And then he broke her heart by choosing duty over love and breaking all his promises to her. And despite how much it affected her, Siena keeps on. She is a pragmatic, she will find someone else. I love how she doesn't play games with Anthony either. Siena is always honest. "I can't be your fool again"??? MY GIRL.

On his part, I think Anthony didn't realize how much he loved Siena until he lost her. He liked her and they were having fun, but he thought he could give her up at any time. And then, the moment she isn't there anymore, he completely LOSES it. He just, in true Anthony fashion, doesn't know what to do or how to fix it. And Siena sees it. Like she says, "all I know is you're lost". I think in the end she was really afraid that, once he saw how truly difficult it would be for them to be together, he would go back on his world and break his promises again. And she couldn't let that happen again. Can you imagine going to that ball with your lover, knowing all these people (that never worked a day in their lives! that don't have half her talent!) will be making snide comments, having to deal with Violet's cold rage and silent treatment? I don't blame Siena for being afraid and choosing the easiest option. It also doesn't make Anthony's feelings for her any less real. She just couldn't take the chance.

Also, you know what breaks my heart? How she says "you need to let me go. let me go.". Because she knows that if Anthony keeps trying, she will always come back to him. And that's how you know she really loves him.

Long story short, I love them and I don't know how you can create a character like Siena and not make her your heroine. That's the truth.
