My submission for @turbofox-zines RESCUE BOTS Zine VOL 2.

Here we have the Rescue Bots and Team Bee playing Lob Ball. Since we have seen Blur in the style of RiD and Sideswipe in RB, I wanted to see what the rest of the rescue team would look like if they were to visit Crown City. So I did my best to mimic the style RiD had with the rest of the RB team.

I'm sorry, mate. All those rescue bots have long been turned into pickle jars by dr Morocco.

With the new year, comes new rescue Bots Lore!(And a little Boulder redesign)

So, here's a little preview of what Dr Morocco has been up to in my AU. Capturing all the bots he can get his hands on and storing them all in stasis. Why?

Well, that's a question for the upcoming post, explaining his whereabouts and various motivations.

For now, happy new years everyone!

Also, almost every bot in the stasis pods is unique. And if I had to suffer drawing like, 50 unique bots, so do ya'll. Two of the bots you can completely see are the same. I dare ya'll to find this pair of twins. (But any bot who you can't clearly see (like in the 2 blurred rows towards the bottom), or if any of their parts are cut off by the image cropping, they're disqualified because I honestly lost track of those while drawing so I don't know if there are any identical ones there ;-;)

Chase*Frowns at them at that* Y/n-

Y/n*Looks at him, enraged at the memory of that botcop* What?-He stabbed me first!?

The cop in question, feeling a ghost sting on his side from when he got stabbed by a human

Real talk...I LOVE...rescue bots-I saw the whole first season on Netflix in the pandemic out of boredom, and enjoyed it so much...like I wanna show these guys more appreciation-

Remember the whole pre-series plotline hinted at in Rescue Bots?

How Optimus says he was "unaware there were any rescue teams left" and that Sigma-17 "may be the only remaining rescue bots in existence"?

And how in season 4 Sideswipe doesn't believe Blurr is an autobot when he shows him his Rescue Bot insignia because "The Rescue Bots are all long gone"?

How there's this rarely mentioned but mentioned nonetheless background information that something *happened* to the other rescue bots and Sigma-17 are the only ones left alive?

Yea so I made this comic about that and all of my friends I've shown this to in the previous WIP stages has absolutely hated me for the heartbreak of it :))

I spent *so long* on those background bots on the "terminated" panels my hands hurt
