it's always exciting when you find an author that makes it worth getting back into reading
the corruption of hollis brown was perfection for me in a way i cannot yet put into words. it was raw with emotion and an utterly delightful read
icarus was like waking up in the arms of your lover after a long nap... soft and oh so warm
the wicker king is up next and honestly i can see myself purchasing any additional books this author puts out
I fell for propaganda again and started reading ACOTAR, it's pretty funny and easy to read so far
Finally reading the crooked kingdom more than a year after reading six of crows
I love all six of them I hope something doesn't happen
I am so proud of myself, I finished A Wrinkle in Time and I started on A Wind in the Door. It has been a long time since I took the time to sit and finish a book, and I appreciate my family encouraging me to read again!
Thank you @starlightdotpink for the idea and reminders and @thusspokeell for the books and encouraging me to keep them even while we were homeless.
I don't know what I would do without you two. No person is an island.
“Feminist retelling” and it’s… not even a little bit feminist at all…
"What kind of half-assed apocalypse are they running down there?” Amos said.
“Give ’em a break. It’s their first."
Leviathan Wakes, James S. A. Corey
So excited to start reading more🫶🏼
