angel loves the smell of david. there’s been so many times during pack movie nights (and some afterwards of smash tournaments) where angel is passed out, nose deep into david’s armpit

in their school days, tank and asher were a regulars when it came to ISS (in school suspension). tank because of attendance and asher because of class disruptions. milo went once or twice over some verbal altercations. the only time david was ever in the office was when he was being picked up for appointments (aka david was a goody two shoes, same with amanda)

guy once made a 67 joke to a customer and it got him blasted on google reviews

aaron got a crested gecko when he was like 12 and that gecko has been living the best life ever since (those fuckers apparently live for like 18 years?? idk but that lizard is his pride and joy)

despite not knowing how to cook almost anything, angel can make a mean batch of cinnamon buns. this is something david did not find out until very late into the relationship

david has a lot more ‘dog’ traits than he thinks he does and will deny everything when confronted with any claims. some examples being that he has an unofficial spot that he HAS to sit in on the couch, literally growls, can eat like a beast (haha get it bc he’s a wolf so that’s basically a beast hahaha), and like a typical wolf he will groom and take care of his loved ones (ex. fixing ash’s hair, filling milo’s water bottle when he notices it’s almost or completely empty, has cleaned tank’s depression room several times as a teenager, etc)

marie finds all of the mates (listeners AND sam) hilarious

angel is a pierced out baddie (the very few that they didn’t do themself were done by babe)

angel, tank, and sweetheart are avid zombie media lovers. tv shows, video games, movies, books, etc (totally not projection… yeah….)

adding onto the previous hc, angel has dressed very alternate and has since they were about 14 once they realized they didn’t HAVE to avoid certain topics around certain people (seriously. i’m tired of the “helpless innocent wittle baby” act people force upon angel. that bitch has a loud mouth and does not gaf when it comes to calling someone out)

growing up, sunshine was over elliott’s so much that they all just got used to them being around 24/7. there were even times when sunshine and aaron have gotten into typical sibling bickering and got scolded (bonus: elliott wasn’t even home during most of them when they did happen)

damien had childhood dreams of being a chef (which is why he is usually the main cook for the friendsgivings)

david is one of those freaks who has military time on his phone

david is also one of those freaks who puts hot sauce on every meal. started out when he was a teenager and tried being different but then realized how much he liked it

sweetheart’s rbf goes crazy

babe thought that ash just hung out with a bunch of assholes the first few months of dating. the assholes being david (because he lowk was a major ass), sweetheart (thought they were going to get yelled at by the look of sweetheart’s scowl), and a little bit for milo but understood he was being playful

angel has one of those mary poppins purses that is comically large and somehow has nothing and everything in it

lovely only had their learners permit before the inversion. the reason being that their driving was so shitty that they failed their test so many times (according to California laws you have 3 attempts in 12 months, they failed all three several years in a row). only just got their learners about 8 months before the inversion, despite trying to get their license since they were 16

sam had the same flip phone for many years, and did not upgrade until it was being held together with tape. the new phone he bought was an iPhone 14 because it was on sale at Best Buy, otherwise he would have gotten one of those modern touch screen flip phones.

angel had big dogs growing up and thought they could handle how big david would be when shifted. they were very surprised at how large he was.

Daily struggles featuring (some) Redacted characters.

Asher, Guy, Darlin, and Elliot seem like people who are fighting for their lives to put on a fitted sheet.

Huxley can't fold or sort laundry; socks end up in the shirts pile, and he doesn't know the difference between his clothes and Damien's.

Gavin and Ollie are bad at directions. Gavin can't read a map.

Blake, Cutie, and Anton are bad at spelling.

Ivan, Freelancer and Milo are wonky parallel parkers.

Neither Hush nor Doc can arrive on time.

Treasure and Avior are lost on social media, whereas Honey, Starlight and Xavier go down deep into social media rabbit holes; threads, video series', drama.

Vincent is bad at doing taxes.

Lasko, Smartass and Aaron can't decorate their homes and offices to save their lives, their spaces look like brutalist, minimalist hellscapes. Smartass's phone had the same blue geometric default background for six years.

Damien and Sunshine break their phones a lot.

Porter is always three years behind on fashion trends, but dresses the trends to a T.

Guy has a candid photo of Honey as his lockscreen. It’s one where they’re smiling up at him from his lap, wearing his their hoodie, their eyes soft instead of their usual deadpan look (which he loves equally). When he wants to change it up he changes it into a photo of them rolling their eyes at him, that cute exasperated smile on their face that says “I love you but you smell like pizza right now.”

Honey has a picture of Guy sleeping in their lap as their lockscreen. They like how it kinda matches his, and it’s a snapshot of one of those moments where they just exist together, no words or masks needed. He’s curled up, hands grabbing their hoodie, and nuzzling into their hand that is cupping his cheek.

Aaron has a close up of Smartass as his lockscreen. It’s a picture they sent him during work where they’re still in their form fitting work clothes, but they’ve opened a few too many buttons on their chest and leaned forward to show more skin. The necklace he gave them dangles in the centre, and they have a flirtatious smile that just makes the frame. He likes to look at the photo when he needs just a little bit more motivation to last through the day, reminding himself of the treasure he gets to savour when he comes home.

Smartass has a picture of Aaron’s hand in theirs as their lockscreen. He’s wearing a watch that they gifted him, and the time is stopped at the exact time they became official. They love the comfort of his large hand over theirs, fingers intertwining, and so this picture helps them de-stress as they imagine his hands holding theirs, just for a little while.

Ollie has a picture of Baby that he took of them when they were on a date as his lockscreen. They’re holding the flowers he gave them, eyes sparkling with love and looking in his direction. Their smile is enough to make him smile, and every time he opens his phone he thinks about how lucky he is that they’re his partner.

Baby has a selfie where Ollie is kissing their cheek as their lockscreen. Ollie is wrapping his arms around them from behind, and his eyes are closed. There’s the beautiful landscape of London in the background from their trip there, but Ollie is only focusing on them. Baby likes this photo because it sums up the type of person Ollie is - endlessly loving and devoted to them, even if they sometimes think they don’t deserve it.

Elliot has a picture of Sunshine smiling with the sun behind them, forming a halo around them as his lockscreen. He remembers vividly their gasp and smile when he showed them the picture he took, and how everything - the sun, the angle, the camera - aligned to create the perfect picture. The world feels right when they’re in it. This picture is a reminder of that.

Sunshine has a selfie of Elliot looking at them while they both lay in bed as their lockscreen. They’re both only focused on each other, and their faces are so close that their noses are almost touching. Elliot’s gaze is warm, and gives Sunshine butterflies when they remember back to their pov in the photo, seeing his eyes crinkle in a smile.
