The first photo should say it all. I finally broke through and finished a 17 mile run. 🏃🏻♀️ . . It was a long struggle during at first, with my mind set trying to get the better of me and questioning if I can even accomplish running a marathon. One of the biggest obstacles one needs to overcome is not only achieving a good physical health, but to have a healthy and positive mindset. If you don’t tackle that down and overcome your demons, it’ll prevent you from achieving success and snatch your happiness away. . . Since I started running back in Feb. 2018, my overall confidence in myself has improved much as well as the love for myself and body. Of course, nothing is perfect and there are days where I will slip up and relapse, but I remember and hold on to the feeling of how I great I feel after a run and the adventure it has given me, including seeing new places, meeting new friends, and making unforgettable memories. ❤️ . .
