How much do you love your job? I have only ever worked in a few jobs I disliked. For the first 5 years I was in the workforce I hated every job I had. My body was stressed before I even stepped into the office and it was because I wasn’t enjoying my work. Now I can’t think of anything more horrible. When I became a journalist I thrived. While there were many stresses like deadlines, I had passion and drive because I loved what I did. Same with the job I am in now, except I don’t have any stress this job, wait there is one stress... but it’s a good stress to the body. It’s called exercise. The rest of my day runs smoothly because I understand what my body needs and when. I understand when it needs to move, eat, be mentally stimulated and need mental rest.
