To any possible astrophysics how long does it take for a star to be fully sucked into a black hole. I watched a video saying it was quite long but i keep getting mixed answers from the internet.

K so I've had this question for a while and I just wanted to ask

Is there any way, without seeing the flags we have on earth, that aliens could tell the flag we put in the moon was from us?

Would they be able to take some bacteria or something and correspond it with a planet, or would they just be sitting there going "Ah, a sign of life, but not from this moon. This is clearly created by one or multiple intelligent beings, but from where?" And then eventually see the american flag on earth and go "oh goddammit it's those fucking space orcs"

This may be pessimistic but no I don't. I believe in attraction at first sight or strong feelings but I dont think you can love someone when first meeting them, healthy love takes time to grow. However I do believe in like a special person or soulmate of sorts!

Semi-technical inquiry for worldbuilding purposes:

Assume a planet has 3 moons. The first is twice as large as the other 2.

Firstly, would things like tides be affected primarily by the largest moon? Or would the other 2 interfere in their patterns as well?

Secondly, say something happened some 3000 yesrs ago, a bigass asteroid crashed into the first moon or something and it broke apart. Half of it is still in tact but the other half trails after its gravitational pull like a mini asteroid belt.

Precisely how detrimental would this be to the natural cycles and rhythms on the planet? Would the effects have subsided in those 3000 years? Is 3000 years enough time to establish a new order to things, or would it make sense for it to need a longer period of time for everything to recover and adjust?
