Kai Chisaki
Kai didn't notice you at first.
After a long day, he walked into his room, shut the door behind him, and immediately started loosening his tie.
You were buried under his blankets, awake now, but far too nervous to say anything.
Maybe if you stayed quiet enough, he'd leave before noticing.
Unfortunately, that plan lasted about ten seconds.
Kai shrugged off his jacket and turned toward the bed.
His eyes landed directly on the small bump beneath the covers.
The room fell silent.
Slowly, your head emerged.
Kai stared
"...Are you serious?"
You opened your mouth, then immediately closed it again.
His expression darkened.
"You've been sitting there this entire time?"
A tiny nod.
"And you couldn't announce your presence like a normal person?"
Heat rushed to your face.
Kai clicked his tongue sharply.
"Unbelievable."
He tossed his jacket onto a chair and folded his arms.
"You scared to speak now?"
You looked away.
The silence stretched.
"That's getting annoying."
The words stung, but before you could apologize, Kai sighed through his nose.
"If you have something to say, then say it."
His tone was still harsh, but less angry now.
"I'm not going to punish you for speaking."
You hesitated.
Kai rolled his eyes.
"You're in my room. In my bed."
Another pause.
"At some point, you should be capable of talking to me without acting like I'm about to bite your head off."
The comment was rude enough to make you pout.
Yet he didn't tell you to leave.
Instead, he set his gloves aside and sat on the edge of the mattress.
"...Idiot."
The insult lacked most of its usual bite.
"If something's bothering you, tell me next time instead of hiding under blankets like a child."
And for Kai, that was practically a heartfelt conversation.
He like that that you were shy, you weren't loud like the others. Just his type
Tomura
Tomura was completely focused on Tomodachi Life, one arm loosely wrapped around your waist while you sat in his lap.
The room was quiet except for the occasional button clicks and the silly little sounds coming from the game.
You had been getting hungry for a while now.
The problem was that you didn't really want to interrupt him.
So you stayed quiet, and quiet. And then some more quiet.
Until your stomach betrayed you with a loud growl.
Tomura paused mid-button press.
Slowly, he glanced down at you.
"...You hungry?"
You immediately looked away.
"...Yeah."
For a second, neither of you moved.
Then Tomura snorted.
"Good."
You blinked.
"'Cause I'm starving."
He threw his Switch on the couch beside him without another thought.
"Toga bought snacks earlier. Come on."
Instead of letting you get up yourself, he tightened his arm around your waist and pulled you a little closer first
"Tch. Next time just say something, idiot."
Despite the insult, he would kill people to get you feed
Geten
Going out for snow cones had been your idea.
Geten still wasn't entirely convinced.
"I can literally control ice," he pointed out for what was probably the third time. "You could've stayed home and gotten the same result."
"It's not the same." You say quite loudly state.
"It is exactly the same" he huffed out
Despite the complaining, he came with you anyway. He could not let you go alone in fact he knows that you wouldn't have left the house if he didn't come.
He wanted you to leave the house more either way, and it's a bonus for him because he gets to see you happy.
The line wasn't very long, but the moment the vendor turned to ask what you wanted, your mind completely blanked.
You stared.
The vendor stared.
The silence stretched.
Geten sighed beside you.
"They'll have the blue raspberry."
You looked down.
"And strawberry for myself" he continued.
The vendor nodded and started making them.
Just like that.
No awkward questions. No waiting for you to figure out what to say.
Once the snow cones were finished, Geten handed yours over without a word.
The two of you found a shady spot beneath a tree a little farther away from the crowd.
For a while, neither of you spoke.
Just shoulder pressed lightly against shoulder while you ate your snow cones.
Eventually, Geten glanced over.
"You know," he said flatly, "if you're going to freeze up every time someone asks you a question, you should at least stand closer to me.
You blinked.
"Why?"
"So I can answer it for you before it becomes painful for everyone involved."
The words were rude but he wasn't wrong
A few minutes later, his shoulder bumped yours again.
This time, neither of you moved away.
"Mine's red. Yours is blue."
"...And?"
"You think if we kissed, would it make purple?"
The question was delivered with the same seriousness he'd use to discuss the weather.
You nearly dropped your snow cone.
Only then did the faintest hint of embarrassment cross his face.
Spinner
You had only meant to make a quick snack.
Unfortunately, somewhere between cutting vegetables and trying to do three things at once, you managed to nick your finger.
It wasn't a bad cut.
Just enough to sting and become incredibly annoying.
After rinsing it off, you spent the next few minutes digging through drawers one-handed in search of a bandage, trying your best not to get blood on everything.
Which was exactly when Spinner walked into the kitchen.
He immediately frowned.
"What happened?"
"Nothing."
Spinner looked at the blood on your fingers.
"...Right."
Before you could continue your search, he gently caught your wrist.
"Stop."
You froze.
"You're getting blood everywhere."
When you finally showed him the cut, he sighed and guided you toward a chair.
"It's not that bad," you mumbled.
"Maybe not. Doesn't mean you should ignore it."
A few minutes later, he had the cut cleaned and covered with a bandage.
You watched quietly while he carefully made sure it wasn't wrapped too tightly.
"There."
You smiled softly.
"Thanks."
Spinner shrugged, though he looked pleased with himself.
Then his eyes drifted toward the half-finished food on the counter.
"...I'll finish making that."
"You don't have to."
"I know."
Before you could argue, he was already turning back toward the counter.
The kitchen settled into a comfortable silence while he finished preparing everything.
After a few minutes, he glanced over his shoulder.
"You know, you can ask for help."
You looked up.
"Huh?"
"If you need something." He shrugged. "Or if you get hurt. Or if you can't find something.
His voice softened slightly.
"You don't have to do everything by yourself."
You fiddled with the edge of the bandage.
Spinner smiled.
"And especially from me."
For a second, neither of you spoke.
Then he set a plate in front of you and lightly bumped your shoulder with his.
"Besides," he added with a grin, "somebody has to stop you from turning snack time into a medical emergency."
Spinner
The drive felt endless.
The League's van rolled down the dark road while everyone else kept themselves busy.
You were trying very hard not to fall asleep.
Unfortunately, every few minutes your head would droop before you quickly jerked yourself awake again.
Across from you, Mr. Compress noticed almost immediately.
"My dear, you're barely conscious."
"I'm awake," you mumbled.
Atsuhiro clearly didn't believe you.
A few minutes later, your head dipped forward again.
With a dramatic sigh, he slid closer and gently pulled you against his side.
You immediately tensed.
"A-Atsuhiro—"
"No objections." He saud
You tried to sit back up.
He guided you right back.
"None."
Your face warmed.
"I don't want to bother you..."
For a moment, his teasing smile softened.
"My dear, if falling asleep on my shoulder is the worst thing you do tonight, I think I'll manage."
That only made you more embarrassed.
Atsuhiro chuckled quietly before reaching into seemingly nowhere and producing a flower.
You blinked in surprise as he offered it to you.
"For the loveliest passenger in this vehicle."
Carefully, you accepted it with both hands.
His eyes crinkled with amusement.
"Adorable."
You immediately looked away.
A few minutes later, when you finally started drifting off for real, Atsuhiro adjusted you more comfortably against his shoulder.
Then, after making sure no one was paying attention, he slipped off his mask.
Leaning down, he pressed a quick kiss to the tip of your nose.
"There," he whispered fondly.
By the time you fully fell asleep, the flower was still tucked safely in your hands while he sat beside you with the proud smile of a magician who'd pulled off his favorite trick.
Dabi
You always had this stupid feeling that Dabi didn’t actually like you that much.
Sure, you were together.
But Dabi wasn’t exactly the type to say what he was feeling.
So when you accidentally got locked out of the bedroom you shared, your first instinct wasn’t to knock.
Instead, you sat down at a nearby table and decided you’d just wait.
Maybe he’d notice eventually.
A good twenty minutes passed before the bedroom door finally opened.
Dabi stepped out, looking annoyed and tired.
At first he didn’t see you.
Then he did.
He stopped.
“…The hell are you doing?”
You immediately looked away.
“Nothing.”
Dabi stared at you for a second longer, then walked over.
Before you even realized what was happening, he bent down and grabbed under your arms like you weighed nothing — picking you up effortlessly like you were some kind of annoyed cat he had to relocate.
You let out a small sound of surprise.
“Idiot,” he muttered
Your face instantly burned.
“I got locked out.”
“And?” he said gruffly
“I didn’t want to bother you…”
Dabi clicked his tongue.
“Tch. Stupid.”
Still holding you like that for a moment longer than necessary, he turned and carried you back toward the bedroom.
You squirmed slightly.
“Dabi—”
“Stop moving.
A second later, he dropped you onto the bed and climbed in after you like it was the most normal thing in the world.
The room went quiet.
Then he sighed.
“I can’t sleep without you in here, you know.”
You blinked.
That was probably the closest thing to soft he was ever going to be.
Dabi rolled his eyes immediately when he saw your expression.
“Don’t get weird about it.”
Then, after a pause, he added:
“So no head..?"
Kurogiri
The bar was quiet.
Just you and Kurogiri behind the counter, the rest of the League gone for the night.
He moved with his usual calm precision, cleaning glasses like time didn’t really matter.
You sat there a little shyly, hands folded in your lap, not quite sure what to say.
Then a drink slid gently across the counter toward you.
A piña colada.
“You seemed like you could use something like this,” Kurogiri said softly.
You blinked. “I didn’t ask for this…”
“I know.”
That alone made your cheeks warm immediately, and you quickly looked down at the glass instead of him.
He rested one hand lightly on the counter, leaning just slightly closer.
“I noticed you’ve been sitting here a while,” he added. “Without moving much.”
You hesitated. “Is that… bad?”
“Not at all.”
His tone was smooth—immediately reassuring—but there was a faint teasing edge underneath it.
“It simply means you’ve been keeping yourself very still,” he continued. “Almost like you’re trying not to be noticed.”
Your fingers tightened a little around the glass.
“…I’m not doing that.”
A soft pause.
Kurogiri tilted his head, as if humoring you.
“If you say so.”
But he didn’t sound like he disagreed.
You took a small sip, trying to ignore how warm your face felt.
“…You’re doing fine,” he said after a moment, voice quieter now, almost approving.
You peeked up. “That sounds like you’re judging me.”
“Of course I am.”
That made you freeze a little.
Then he added, even softer—
“And I find no fault in it.”
You went still.
Kurogiri watched you for a second longer, then turned back to his work like nothing had changed.
“…Finish your drink,” he said gently. “You don’t have to rush.”
A pause.
Then, a little lower—almost like it wasn’t meant to be caught easily:
“I would prefer you stay a while longer.”

“A-are you sure? Like…really sure?”
You would say it’s a little late to be asking, but Spinner’s been nervous this whole damn time. From the invitation, to his acceptance, to the bedroom, and all the way to now- with you kneeling between his feet.
But, then again, he’s not really asking you.

TOMURA SHIGARAKI:
Maybe headcannons for the LoV reacting to their S/O wearing their clothes for comfort when sad, anxious, or just whenever they miss them really bad..?
LEAGUE OF VILLAINS ─ wearing their clothes for comfort
NOTE ❥ Might be too OOC since this is based on my interpretation. Also, forgive my grammar, English is my third language & I totally didn't double check any of my writings.
C H A R A C T E R ❥ Shigaraki / Dabi / Spinner / Twice / Mr. Compress
Oh, his initial reaction would irritation. He doesn't like people touching on his things. No hard feelings, it's just his control issues.
"Why are you wearing that?" his tone will be kinda clipped as he approached you.
Once he figured out the reason though, a soft "Oh" would come out from his lips. Now, he felt awkward for being irritated at you before.
It took him a while to get used to it, but you can tell he no longer minds it. A quiet acceptance is huge for him.
He thinks that it's cute once he knew the reasoning tbh. He might even start leaving his clothes here and there, hoping to catch you in the act so he can use it as an excuse to cuddle.
If Kurogiri picked it up instead, he'll be pissy lol. Poor kurogiri...
Smirks immediately, thinking that you're doing so to seduce him. After all, it fuels to his "you're mine" mindset.
"Didn't know you're that obsessed with me," he would stalked over with a shit-eating grin on his face. "What was this about?"
Once he knew the reasoning, it made you look more adorable in his eyes. With the context, it fuels further to his possessive feelings.
He will pull you closer whenever he found you with his shirt. He will even drape you with his coat himself.
Will let you keep his clothing--be it hoodie, coat, shirt, as long as it's not his signature coat lol.
Whenever he had to go out for a long operation, he will give you his clothing with nothing except his smirk before sauntering off.
"Oh--hey!! Uh, aren't those--ee.... mine?" he's not angry, he's just surprised and a bit insecure. What if it smells?
WHAT IF IT SMELLS?????????????? that's all he's worried about.
He didn't reject the whole notion. He finds it sweet when he figured out the reason. A bit touched, even.
But he's just worried about his clothes being smelly while being used by you 😭
Will be sure to wash his clothes often, even prepared some that he thinks you would find comfortable.
If you explained that you need his natural musk to feel comfortable, he'll melt on the spot. It's just too adorable.
"You can wear it whenever you want," he'll say shyly, "I would... appreciate it. Really."
The first time he figured that out by catching you wearing them, the initial reaction would be chaotic.
"Hey! Those are mine!" He'll shook his head, "No, it's not!" "Yes it is!" "But they're wearing it!" "Then it's theirs!" "No, it's not!" Stop him pls.
He's not rejecting, but the sight of you is just... overwhelming. His head concluded it's because of cuteness agression.
Will find it heartbreaking and sweet at the same time, upon learning the reason as to why are you wearing his thing.
Will give you his shirt or jacket for you to wear whenever he's away. The sight of you with his clothes always overwhelms him, though.
It means everything to him, the idea that you miss him enough to do that hits deep. And he will show it loudly.
Dramatic pause, with hand to his chest. He's really swooned by the display though. "My, my. What a bold display."
He's perceptive, and will notice right away the reasoning without you explaining it. But he won't call you out on it.
He didn't mind at all that you're using his clothes. In fact, it made him more purposeful in spraying his unused clothes with his cologne.
If you do explain your reasoning to him, his smile will soften. "So, it brings you comfort... how touching, my dear."
Will make draping his coat over your shoulder a habit now. Will also offered his coat mindlessly while he was doing his other business.
Though if loneliness is the reason, he'll make sure his company would be available whenever possible.

Could you write a medic!reader for the villains? Maybe someone who is constantly drilling on others to prioritize their own health, or at the very least get proper treatments instead of having a "walk it off mindset"? Love the writing, keep it up!!! <333
⋆˙⟡ MHA characters with a medic!reader who refuses to let them “walk it off” ⋆˙⟡
Featuring: Dabi ✧ Shigaraki ✧ Kurogiri ✧ Overhaul(Kai Chisaki) ✧ Twice ✧ Stain ✧ Mr. Compress ✧ Spinner
──── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ────
Reader is a medic who takes care of the villains, always reminding them to prioritize their health instead of brushing off injuries. Expect nagging, caretaking, and some stubborn patients.
────── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──────
Dabi
Dabi is the kind of patient that makes you want to rip your own hair out. He shows up with burns that look like they’ve been festering for weeks, staples half-pulled loose, and that infuriating smirk plastered across his face when you scold him.
“Relax, Doc,” he drawls, leaning back as if he isn’t bleeding onto your floor. “Half of me’s already crispy. What’s a little more?”
You glare at him, dabbing disinfectant onto his skin. “It’s not about what’s already damaged. It’s about not letting it get worse.”
He hisses when the antiseptic stings, but doesn’t pull away. “You nag worse than a mom.”
“Then start acting like a patient who cares whether he’s alive tomorrow.”
Dabi snorts but goes quiet, watching you work. He doesn’t admit it, but he trusts you more than he lets on. Every time you patch him up, his smirk softens just a little, and though he keeps calling you “Mom” or “Nurse Ratched” as a joke, he never once walks away without treatment.
⸻
Shigaraki Tomura
Treating Tomura takes patience. He hates being touched, so you always ask before wrapping bandages or applying ointment. At first, he waved you off. “Tch, stop nagging. I’ll be fine.” But you noticed something—he actually listens.
The next day, the cut you told him to disinfect is properly cleaned. The burn you said needed wrapping is neatly covered, albeit clumsily. He won’t admit he followed your advice, but the proof is right there. Sometimes, when he’s gaming, you sit beside him with disinfectant in hand. He grumbles, “Don’t distract me” but he doesn’t move, letting you clean his arms while his eyes stay glued to the screen.
If anyone else makes fun of your “nagging,” Tomura’s head snaps up. “Shut up” he’ll say sharply, voice laced with venom. He might insult you himself, but no one else is allowed to.
For someone who acts like he doesn’t care, he sure relies on you more than he realizes.
⸻
Kurogiri
Kurogiri is, without a doubt, the easiest one you treat. He sits calmly, his voice always polite as you check him over.
“Thank you,” he says when you finish. “Your diligence keeps the rest on their feet.”
He never argues, never complains, and even goes so far as to remind you to take care of yourself. “Consistency is important, even for healers,” he says gently when he notices you skipping meals or running on too little sleep.
Sometimes, after you’ve finished patching everyone else up, he brings you tea, setting it beside you without fanfare. He doesn’t need to say it outright—you can feel his quiet pride in the way he acknowledges your role in keeping the League alive.
Where others resist or make things difficult, Kurogiri makes you feel like your work is truly respected.
⸻
Overhaul
Your first attempt at patching up Chisaki nearly ended in a lecture.
“I know how to handle this,” he snapped, his tone sharp. “Don’t presume—”
You cut him off, unimpressed. “Then maybe you should do it instead of walking around with half-healed wounds.”
For a man obsessed with cleanliness and procedure, he wasn’t great at following his own standards when it came to his body. He stared at you for a long moment, clearly offended… but eventually allowed you to continue. Over time, you realized he respected your thoroughness. You didn’t flinch at his quirks or his germophobia. You adapted, keeping your tools clean, your hands sanitized.
“You’re… competent,” he admitted once, as close to a compliment as you’d get.
You smirked. “Funny. I was going to say the same about you—if you’d stop ignoring infections.”
He went quiet after that, but you noticed he came to you sooner the next time he was injured.
⸻
Twice
Twice is a whirlwind the moment he walks in.
“I’m DYING, doc, DYING!” he screams, clutching his arm dramatically. His other side immediately counters, “You’re not dying, it’s a scratch, quit wasting their time!”
You sigh, reaching for antiseptic. “Both of you, sit down. You’re not bleeding out on my floor.”
He shrieks when the disinfectant touches his skin, flailing like a child. “AHHHH it burns!”
“It’s supposed to,” you deadpan, pinning him still.
Despite all his theatrics, he beams at you afterward. “You’re the only one keeping me alive, y’know that? My hero!” He means it, too. His gratitude is loud, genuine, and contagious.
Whenever you’re upset or exhausted, he notices first. He might not be the calmest patient, but his energy is often what lifts your spirits when you need it most.
⸻
Stain
Stain doesn’t see the point in treatment at first.
“Pain is necessary,” he growls, his tone harsh. “Sacrifice is proof of conviction.”
You refuse to back down. “Conviction won’t mean much if you bleed out in an alley. Sit down.”
He glares, but something in your voice makes him obey. You work in silence, patching him up despite his stiff posture. He doesn’t thank you, doesn’t even look at you. But he also doesn’t stop you. Over time, the silence shifts. He still doesn’t say much, but you catch him studying you with something almost like respect. Your relentless care, your refusal to compromise, reminds him of the ideals he values most.
He never admits it out loud, but in his eyes, you’re one of the few people truly worthy of being called a hero.
⸻
Mr. Compress
Compress turns even medical treatment into a performance.
“Oh, my dear medic, how fortunate I am to have you!” he declares, clutching his side with theatrical flair. “Surely, only your skilled hands can save me from this dreadful fate!”
You roll your eyes, pulling out bandages. “It’s a scratch. Stop being dramatic.”
He grins beneath his mask, clearly enjoying himself. Sometimes you’re convinced he exaggerates just to keep your attention a little longer. Still, beneath the humor, there’s sincerity. When you work quietly, focused on patching him up, he watches you with something gentler in his eyes. He knows you see past his act—the man behind the mask, the one who isn’t always so composed.
And though he’ll always thank you with a flourish, the truth is, he trusts you more than his theatrics let on.
⸻
Spinner
Spinner insists he’s fine—until you notice him wincing.
“Sit down,” you say firmly.
“I said I’m fine,” he mutters, but his voice lacks conviction.
You cross your arms. “And I said sit. You’re not hiding injuries from me.”
He looks embarrassed as you patch him up, his gaze fixed anywhere but your face. He isn’t used to being taken care of, and it shows. But he listens. He always listens. And over time, he starts coming to you before things get too bad, mumbling something about “just checking.”
He’s not great with words, but you notice how he lingers after treatment, awkwardly shifting like he wants to thank you. Instead, he offers to carry your supplies or cover your back in a fight. It’s his quiet way of saying he trusts you—maybe more than anyone else.
