Furthermore, the earliest use of endogenic as a word was in 1904 in relation to geological processes, according to Webster's.

And Freud himself didn't coin the word "endogenic."

He used a German word that can be translated to endogenic. Because Freud spoke and wrote in GERMAN! The more common translation at the time though was "endogenous."

When I researched this before, I could not find any of his works where the German word he used was ever translated as endogenic. Every time it was translated, the word endogenous was used.

So not only did he not say the word endogenic on account of being German, the English translators did not translate the word as endogenic. This is a word that he not only did not coin, but he not only did not utter once in his entire life, but it's a word that he was not even translated as saying!

Freud did not coin endogenous either, since that was coined in 1830, 20 years before he was born!

There is just no possible lens where the claim that he was the first person to use the word endogenic is true! Especially not in the 1960s, over 20 years after he died!

If you wanted to try to connect the word endogenic to psychiatry, there are better options.

For example, DID specialist Richard Kluft in, I think it was 2001, wrote about possible "non-pathological endogenous forms of dissociative identity disorder."

But that's mostly coincidental. The system who coined endogenic in relation to systems did not know about Kluft's paper. They sure didn't know about Freud once upon a time using a German equivalent word that was translated as endogenous in a sentence.

This is how desperate sysmeds are for a smear campaign.

If you can go without using it, obviously it could be great if you would, but if it's the most comfortable term for you then you're under no obligation to stop using it for others comfort. Same goes for plenty of other stuff.

Unsurprising Confession: Yes, It Was Me!

The Anti-Willo-Charlie-Kirk account was made be me in response to an anti-endo making a blog called Pro-Willo-Charlie Kirk.

Most people already figured that out. I don't believe in subtlety.

But what I don't think people realized is that all of those posts... those were literally just Charlie Kirk tweets...

I found some sysmeds talking about this and wanted to highlight it because it's just really funny.

Like, yes, you did like a post that was posted by me...

But that post was ALSO from the literal Charlie Kirk, just reworded slightly to be about endogenic systems.

And I don't know... maybe it should trigger some sort of introspection on your part to know that you would like what Charlie Kirk had to say if his hate was targeting a group of people you didn't like.

You may not support Charlie Kirk himself, but you have the same weakness as his supporters. The thing that makes you susceptible to fascism and fascist ideals is this idea that there are some marginalized groups who are acceptable targets for discrimination.

And sysmeds still carry on this fascist mentality. The only thing they truly disagree with Charlie Kirk on is who the groups are they're allowed to discriminate against.

Also "fictive" was coined online and is shorthand for "fictional introject". There was no specific categorization for those types of introjects so pwCDDs started using it.

"Plural" is not an endogenic term (you follow SIW or somethin? she loves these talking points & also likes to dehumanize and call ppl parasites lmfao) it emerged before there was even an online community for it. Around the 80s-90s some people used alternative terms rather than "alter" or "personality" because of the stigma around MPD. You'd hear words like multiple, plural, selves, etc. It didn't originate from endos, it didn't originate online, it was primarily from pwCDDs self describing "more than one identity state" or "multiple selves".

That doesn't mean I care who uses it. I literally dgaf. But "sysmeds STOLE 'plural' and 'fictive' how dare they use that term while being anti endo" is literally not fact based. If you're gonna use it, cool. but claiming ownership over a term that does not imply endogenic origins and was not explicitly created to describe "non disordered plurality" and then trying to gatekeep it from people who don't think like you is crazy.

Just a reminder: Not every OSDD-1 system fits under 1a or 1b. Yes those labels are helpful, however, not everyone fits under that, nor should we force them. All that OSDD-1 means, is that it’s nearly DID, but doesn’t fit the entire criteria. Saying anyone who doesn’t fit in one of two narrow labels is faking, is silly.

How 'Sysmed' is a Transphobic Term

Transmedicalists are and have been deeply harmful to the rest of the transgender community because they believe you have to medically transition to be trans, and they push this idea onto other transgender people. CDD systems are trying to spread the most current scientifically-backed information about how systems form and function as the result of severe, repeated trauma.

Pluralpedia claims that the term 'sysmed' is modeled after transmed because both believe that "a certain phenomenon is only valid if they fit precise medical definitions and ideals." This is a false equivalence; a transmedicalist's ideology of precision and adhering to certain societal ideals, versus a severely traumatized person who wants to share what the consensus from legitimate research means about becoming a system, are not at all on the same level in terms of causing harm.

'Sysmed' wrongfully equates an extremely harmful, hateful ideology to CDD systems combating misinformation in their community. The term is especially harmful when used against a transgender system - you're roping them in with transmedicalists when the vast majority of trans systems are just living their lives. This is wrong to do and causes harm to trans people with CDDs. This makes it transphobic. Hope that helps
