Any good suggestions for an English translated bible?
Mod here. I’d like to expand this to cover any that include Hebrew alongside the English, so long as all Hebrew appears with at least one English translation.
While I’m not an expert, I can imagine that different books may be best for different situations. Respondents are encouraged to specify what audience or need their recommendation is best suited towards.

Come celebrate the start of the holiday of Tu b'shvat with an enriching dive into our incredible prayers for nature that we say at the beginning of our morning and evening services!
We will begin our prayer series with a discussion of our two prayers for creation: the Maariv Aravim from the evening service and the Yotzer Or from the morning service. Not only will we discuss the literal meaning of each prayer, but we will discuss how they developed in time, and how they can continue to transform our lives and the planet each time we say them.
All WWT events are open to Jews and non-Jews, those partnered to Jews and people who yearn to become Jewish, and anyone who needs a spiritual learning home.
Did you know that according to Jewish Law, it is only required to light one flame each night of Hanukkah? So hypothetically, one could light three lights on the second night, and nine on the third. But why would you? Why could you? Let's talk about it!
