it's so weird to encounter a post from someone you know and like, or a public figure you've grown to respect, that says something like "free palestine" or "i stand with palestine" and having to stop and think what exactly do you mean by that?

i mean, as opposed to what? does it mean you want to free palestine from hamas (i do too!), or...please no please not that? how do you intend to make this happen please no please not that?

i signed up for a nearby Socializing Event and it starts in less than an hour, it's nearly time for me to leave, and i am having some very socially anxiety second thoughts. and third and fourth and fifth ones.
