☀️🌤⛅️🌥Tranquil session, one where I made many attempts at small things until they felt right, and time was only perceptible once I felt the chill of setting sun. I went out to play with and teach my friend—and I’m glad she showed up, because it was the only reason I went out—though she was so exhausted it was clearly the right thing to put my hammock up for her to nap and do my solitary practice quietly nearby. It was a good feeling, expressing adaptable friendship, valuing needs of the moment without unreasonable expectations and enjoying social-less and simple, powerful vicinity. ☝🏽These the mostly satisfying results of many attempts.

All strength and power work relies as much or more on neurological organization than potential force output.
This challenge ended clean and easy not because I got stronger while doing it but because I took the time to asses, attempt, and re-asses, allowing my central nervous system to understand and learn what exactly must happen for the results I was seeking.
