You are plural.
You are a system.
Yes, you are polyfrag. Why are you asking? Did you forget about it again?
Yes, those things did happen to you.

TransPolyfrag regimen, created by me
<3 I have seen a lot of transDID tips but they fall quite flat when you go to levels of alters & fragments required for polyfragmentation. This is a set of experimental exercises for promoting polyfragmentation that I have made.
Step 1: De-fusion
<3 According to theory of structural dissociation, everyone is born functionally plural, but in "healthy" brain development eventually fuses into singular identity. Goal of de-fusion is the reversal of this developmental goal.
<3 One thing that is common between singlets and cisSystems is having parts. Parts in this context are atomic concepts that build a sense of self-perception, behaviors and knowledge. In a singlet brain these parts form coherent singular identity and continium, and in cisOSDD and cisDID -- multiple identities and continiums. But in a cisPolyfrag system, many these parts remain unconnected long-term and eventually get used to build fragments and potentially alters in infinite amount of configurations.
<3 To start de-fusion you first must analyse yourself. You must analyse yourself not as a singular continium, but as a collection of parts. What parts make up you as a person? What do you like (concepts, ideas, characters, etc)? What do you want to be? What are you already? And so on.
<3 After you are done analysing your present parts, start analysing your past parts. Things that you liked and that you are no longer are, and what you used to wish for. After this you should get quite a long list of parts that you are made of.
<3 After this, think of yourself as in terms of parts. What parts of you were present today? Yesterday? 1 year ago? And so on. You don't need to actually track it, you just have to think about it frequently until your identity stops feeling "whole". It might take quite some time and is a destructive process. If it goes the way I predict it to go, as a result you have made your whole sense of self into many building blocks and have effectively sacrificed it. This is very different compared to usual DID transition, yes, but this is optimised for getting a large headcount as fast as possible.
Step 2: Recombination
<3 To recombine yourself, you must take parts that were created during de-fusion and make connections that make most sense to you. Keep in mind that same parts can be reused many times and create many alters. You could have parts that like japanese culture, name Sakura and baking forming an alter and then replacing part that likes name Sakura with a different name and you basically have 2 alters from 4 parts in total.
<3 Hey! PSA: Simply Plural article website is currently infected with malware and should NOT be interacted with, but if you only use app functionality it's ok. Please be safe!
Oh, you feel lost? This is not your world? Oh, you are a newbie here, huh? Don't worry, you now got friends to help you out!
That's a 3rd new alter this week huh? Gee, it's hard to be a polyfragmented system of several thousands...but also so fun, too!
You are welcome in this world, o you sweet new alter. Make this world your new home, dear! And invite friends from your old world too!
Is it possible to be transProgramming?
<3 .... To be frank, this really depends on what you deem as programming. Pavlonian responses / clicker training is something people do to each other for fun, so is hypnosis. However I am extremely not sure about programming in RAMCOA sense, as it extremely relies on strong reinforcement at age where your brain is most adaptable. You probably won't be able to have exact same functioning but you could try to imitate it with having a certain dynamic between trauma holders and persecutors? Of course, I'd be really interested in being proven wrong.
tysm, i love your blog so much already and am very much looking forward to more content! i love the affirmations, they're so sweet!
the big tip list is also super helpful. 💚

<3 Thank you! To be honest i think of myself a lot when I write them.
<3 Though I'm cis I always wished that there would be more people who'd genuinely toss aside the fact that I was heavily traumatised and allow me be happy and celebrate being that many even if a lot of bad stuff had to happen for it to become a regular fact of my life.
<3 This is also honestly why I am running this blog in the first place -- I genuinely want to see if it's possible for one to become that many by either sheer will or minimal amount of trauma possible.
