Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced. 2 carrots, sliced. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 1 zucchini, sliced. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon coriander.
