Morning Thots

How I spend the next 6 months is irrelevant, the time is going to pass anyway. How I spend it is up to me.

My Supreme goal in the next 6 months would be to hit 199. I haven't seen that number in over 20 years. And I deserve to be on the outside how I feel on the inside- strong, capable, light.

The time is going to pass anyway, and I have an unparalleled opportunity to make change.

Consider: I live at home with my mom. I am the shopper, I am the cook. There is nothing that gets purchased without me being involved. It is the ultimate gift of environmental control, which I have never had.

Consider: I have a gym membership at PF. BUT, I also have a home gym that is full of cardio and powerlifting equipment. Power rack, bench press, trap bar. All the fun stuff. I have a treadmill (with a desk that I need to set up), a stairstepper, an Elliptical, a stationary bike, and a recumbent bike. I have a beachbody subscription. It's time to paint "no excuses" on the wall and get after it.

Consider: I have ample Supplementation. If I was low on anything that would help aid weight loss, I have supplemented for it. I have read most of the studies and gotten whatever I wanted to try.

Consider: I don't drink anymore. However tempting nights out have been in the past, it is no longer an issue. I am trying to not drink until I lose the weight and hit that 199. And then I will be cautious and like only stick to seltzer, keeping in mind that alcohol is poison.

Consider: I may never have this level of time and space again. If there is a time, it is now.

Time will pass anyway.

Other people have proven it can be done, losing 50, 60, 70, even 100 pounds in 6 months. It is doable. It *IS* doable.

I could float into next summer lighter that I have been in 24 years. Do I deserve it? Yes. Do I claim it? Yes.

I have been mostly maintaining this whole summer and tweaking things as I go. I am going to use this winter as a springboard to a new life.

I am going to continue my quest to cut the excuses, have better accountability, less binges, and achieve the healthy body that I desire so much.

He loves to lie abt it tho and tells people he got them from a mission, or from saving his team, or a bar fight. No one can keep track. The only one who knows the truth is Inoichi and Choza. They help him lie.

General Opinion over said character: FUCK I LOVE HIM SO MUCH OH GOD PLS I LOVE HIM
