In english we says;

“maybe we should let this go”

But in urdu we say;

“wo afsana jise anjam tak lana na ho mumkin, usay ek khoobsurat mor de kar chorna acha.”

It's so sad how someone once felt so broken that actually wrote;

ek roz koi aayega saari fursatein le kar,

ek roz hum kahenge zaroorat nahin rahi.

In English we says:

Perhaps, somewhere, someday, at a less miserable time, we may see each other again.

But In Urdu we says:

Khatam hone ko hai safar shayad, phir mileingey kabhi magar shayad.

Urdu is such a beautiful language;

It uses different words for rising intoxication and it wearing off. 'Suroor (سرور) is used for charhta hova nasha and 'Khumar (خمار) is utarta hova nasha.

"Bicharte waqt un ankhon mein thi hamari ghazal, Ghazal bhi wo jo kisi ko kabhi sunai na thi"

- At the time of our separation, his eyes held my ghazal. That poetry which, to anyone else I had not recited yet.

When Mustafa Zahid said;

کس کو ملا سنگ عُمر بھر کا وہ ہی رُلائے، دل چاہے جسکو صدا

My heart felt hurt but it realized the truth behind this also. No one's meant to stay forever as they say, “Forever is a lie” People come into your life, give you a good time and so many memories then leave, because that's what destined.

We all felt when Khalil-Ur-Rehman said;

“Lafz kitne hi tere pairon se lipte honge tu ne jab aakhiri khat mera jalaya hoga tu ne jab phool kitabon se nikaale honge dene wala bhi tujhe yaad toh aaya hoga.”
