Slide Board Body Saw Stop holding planks longer and longer. When I hear people brag "I can hold a plank for 5:00!", my response is always "Why would would you waste almost 10% of your training time on that?" It's far better to implement PROGRESSIONS of the plank than going longer and longer. Here's a challenging progression-the Slide Board Body Saw. If you don't have a slide board, you can just as easily use a large beach towel and a pair of #valslides or furniture movers. Here’s a great way to either finish a #workout or get a quick workout in when time is of the essence!! ************************************** Perform each #exercise for 30 seconds and a total of 3-6 sets only 30-60 seconds of rest between sets.
