Happy Saturday!!! Last night was spent going grocery shopping after work (for bird seed, primarily), frying up some keto chicken tenders for dinner (inspired by @kelleyish) and taking my first walk since last Sunday. Damn it felt good to hit the street again.

I was excited to see my weight hit the bottom of the 210′s this morning even if it was 210.9. Looking at my weight loss graph I think it’s so interesting how already, in this month alone, I’ve lost almost more weight than I did in all of 2017 when I weighed 260 in July and starting this weight loss effort. Excited to see how long I can keep this motivation up and what kind of impact I can have on my loss.
This morning I got up extra early because I was SO excited to see if any birds (or squirrels!) were visiting!!! The answer is no, no one yet. I even sprinkled some seed outside of the feeder to see if it will help lure them in!? I’m disappointed no one has found it yet but hopefully soon!
Check out the lack of tortilla with my breakfast!! I was craving veggies badly so I tried a new method (for me) of cooking up some brussels. I chopped them into quarters and fried them up in the leftover bacon grease. Turns out they’re just as delicious! I filled up on the brussels, had two slices of bacon and barely touched the eggs.
OKAY - now to go take a walk (in the sunshine!!!), come back to shower and get dressed then head out to go see The Favourite with my neighbor friend!
