Got a busy week coming up. New Client starting, working on my new training facility and office, training Wifey (@ladyvazqz1), myself, getting ready to travel to meet with my WNBF Bikini Pro Client @wnbfpro_loryndabenson in preparation for her Pro Debut and just plain old life. Having said that, as a Trainer and former competitor one of the easiest meals to blow is breakfast so I HAVE to make it easy. Scrambled up 1.5 cups of egg whites, added 6 whole eggs a little salt & pepper and dropped them into cupcake tins. Bake at 350° for 22 mins. Let cool, refrigerate and voíla. I have added mushrooms, broccoli florets or spinach occasionally to fight the boredom. Add a little bit of hot sauce for the thermogenic affect and your protein and fat needs for your first meal are met. Add that to pre-portioned, cold cooked oatmeal drizzled with cinnamon and some sugar free pancake syrup and your carb and sweet tooth needs are met as well.
