Metcon was: 3 rounds of 3 mins -400m run -remaining time max out box jump burpees Rest 3 mins. I manage to get 10 box jump over burpees but it was harder each round. At my last round I made it to 7 with a nagging back pain. Now as I share this in here, I am currently sitting in a car with a flat tire. I have two wonderful police officers changing my tire. I can make my daughters stage rehearsal now! Day 2 of Breaking Muscle's Gymnastics Cycle. 4 sets 15 push-ups 10 strict chin ups 5 high box jumps For the first few sets I did 5 chin ups and 5 chin up negatives l.
