so you know, i was gone for two weeks, had things to do, places to chill, the like. I come back and we have a new assistant manager (i had no idea we had been looking for one???) kind of weird awkward guy alright whatever

that was about three weeks ago so fast forward to now

He tends to get into people's personal space, such as leaning against me when on the computer (our staff is majority female) and has been known to innapropriately touch people (he stroked the small of my other manager's back??? wh at?) Oh and he's drawn in perverts. Since he's also bartender, he chats people up who are there. SO now he has this one guy who comes in every day, about 26 and stuck in his frat boy years. He's asked just about every young pretty waitress for their number or chatted them up (and he keeps asking me if I'm in college and uncomfortable questions like "oh it must be pretty boring to be all alone up front here, you can just come back to the bar and talk to us") 

But this new manager has gotten increasingly more innappropriate with me. For instance, on 3rd of July, our town does fireworks and we could see them from the restaurant and he was all "Bailey, come on let's go have an intimate moment." "Oh I was gonna hold your hand and everything." And it's only gotten worse from there. Last night he tapped me on the ass and blew me a kiss from across the restaurant.

It's even better to know that he KNOWS I'm seventeen. Hahahaha I'm scared to go to work.
