The Lilly's are coming up beautifully.

It’s astounding
Time is fleeting
Madness takes its toll
But listen closely
Not for very much longer
I’ve got to keep control
I remember
Doing the Time Warp
Drinking those moments when
The blackness would hit me
And the void would be calling
Let’s do the time warp again
Let’s do the time warp again
It’s just a jump to the left
And then a step to the riiight
With your hands on your hips
You bring your knees in tiiight
But it’s the pelvic thrust
That really drives you insaaane
Let’s do the time warp again
Let’s do the time warp again
It’s so dreamy
Oh fantasy free me
So you can’t see me
No not at all
In another dimension
With voyeuristic intention
Well-secluded, I see all
With a bit of a mind flip
You’re into the time slip
And nothing can ever be the same
You’re spaced out on sensation
Like you’re under sedation
Let’s do the time warp again
Let’s do the time warp again
Well, I was walking down the street
Just having a think
When a snake of a guy
Gave me an evil wink
Well it shook me up
It took me by surprise
He had a pick-up truck
And the devil’s eyes
He stared at me
And I felt a change
Time meant nothing
Never would again
Let’s do the time warp again
Let’s do the time warp again
It’s just a jump to the left
And then a step to the riiight
With your hands on your hips
You bring your knees in tiiight
But it’s the pelvic thrust
That really drives you insaaane
Let’s do the time warp again
Let’s do the time warp again

‘Universal’ cancer vaccine developed
A vaccine that can train cancer patients’ own bodies to seek out and destroy tumour cells has been developed by scientists.
“Upstate,” she answered. “I commute two hours each way a few times a week.”
I asked her why, and she stopped cutting.
“Well, my husband has kind of a weird job,” she said. “He’d rather not live around other people.”
I sat up in the chair. “What does he do?”
“He’s a nuclear diver.”
“A what?”
“A diver who works in radiated water at nuclear power plants.”
I turned around to look at her. “Near the reactors?”
“The reactors, fuel pools, pretty much anywhere he’s needed.”
“And is he . . . OK? I mean . . .”

Stroke prevents woman from recognizing her loved ones
Hospitalized after having an ischemic stroke, JS was unable to recognize one of her daughters with whom she had regular contact. But she immediately recognized her other daughter, whom she hadn't seen in eight years.
When her grandchildren visited, she wouldn't let them sit on her lap because she thought they looked repulsive.
"Of course, JS felt bad and ashamed about not recognizing family members or perceiving them as ugly," says Dr. Joost Heutink, the lead author of the case study.
"As soon as we established that JS had a problem recognizing faces, we informed her family that a perceptual disorder prevented her from recognizing people she loved," he explains.

How to get (some) hits on your social networking sites.
The following is a list of terms that the government and sub-agencies monitor. I think it is a great way for a fledgling site to get some good hits. Feel free to copy and paste!
DHS Media Monitoring Terms

2.13 Key Words & Search Terms
This is a current list of terms that will be used by the NOC when monitoring social media sites to provide situational awareness and establish a common operating picture. As natural or manmade disasters occur, new search terms may be added.
The new search terms will not use PII in searching for relevant mission-related information.

Not the proudest moment for Lakewood High School, St. Petersburg, Florida. According to Patricia Schley, the literacy coach for the high school, it has been making the rounds on Facebook and other social networking sites.
"By the time it was fixed Monday, the sign was making the rounds on students' Facebook pages. Schley said if nothing else, she was happy the students had noticed the mistake."
March 7th! If you are already tired of your iPad 2 than wait no longer, the iPad 3 is suppose to be released next Wednesday. I really don't understand the marketing behind releasing a new generation i(Gadget) before demand ever slows down on the previous version. I may have purchased one if I could be certain it won't be outdated before the shipment arrived to my door. Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if there were people still on the waiting lists for the iPad 2.

Twitter now Selling your old tweets!
Twitter is now selling your archived tweets to Datasift for marketing purposes. Granted most all of the tweets are 2 years old and were already more of a public commodity than your other social networking sites. As per the article-
"Still, the idea of data companies sifting through your digital past for profit might prove distasteful to some. Datasift released a YouTube video explaining how the company analyzes each tweet to determine whether it expresses a positive or negative opinion of something, its location, what topics were mentioned and which links were shared."

Nokia's new 41 megapixel Cameraphone!
"That’s the idea behind Nokia’s new phone and how it achieves the equivalent of a 3x lossless zoom: Capture a giant, 41-megapixel image and then crop a five-megapixel chunk of whatever section’s been zoomed in on. Or just keep the image zoomed out and you’ll get a five-megapixel photo that’s been oversampled seven times, which should result in a higher-quality image than you’d be able to get with other smartphones, while maintaining a relatively small file size."

PETA kills more than 95% of the animals in its care.
Dollinger did not dispute her organization’s sky-high euthanasia rate, but insisted PETA only kills dogs and cats because of “injury, illness, age, aggression, or because no good homes exist for them.”
Unfortunately, PETA refused to comment on what they consider to be good homes for the animals, or what type of effort is put into finding acceptable homes. I would believe that they might easily find a home with someone who eats meat to be unacceptable and refuse to adopt the pets out to such a horrid place. PETA would rather use their funds to tell the world how bad killing animals are than to spend that money of taking of care their own animals.
PETA employees kill 84 percent of the animals in their custody within 24 hours of receiving them.
At least they searched for a decent home for an hour or two before they slaughter all the animals.
