What is the best thing we can do for our youth (health wise) cause I’m sure there are lots of bests. . Start them on a holistic and healthy life. . Anxiety there’s a rollerball for sleep and anxiety that both us and our babies can use. But both these kits are on a special right now where you get the on guard line (almost misus like 2 things.) . There’s 2 opinions, 2 different kits one slightly more than the other and with similar products and kits. . What I use every damn day no matter what! The good thing about dōTERRA is if you want to mix and match your vitality pack you can and also even better, if you can’t afford it you can buy what you need. For example my prenatal vitamins are from synergy a well known organic vegan brand. That’s actually easy on the belly. So I don’t need everything the vitality pack comes with. But if you order a whole vitality pack vegan or not you get to pick 3 extra items for a much more discounted price and you can even use your points on some of these products. For example my probiotics these I have yet to match up to any brand in Whole Foods or anywhere else and they seem to work best with my body. I’m all about my pre and probiotics. FYI you need a prebiotic to go with the probiotic otherwise it doesn’t do the job. Not many brands have both all in one. The pre/probiotics from dōTERRA I buy every month. Also the Zendocrine is like a inner body cleaner and much more. So I add a drop or 2 in a water bottle, shake up and drink. Lemon I add to my water every morning it helps wake me up, keeps me looking good on the outside so what’s on the inside can shine through nice and bright (like a diamond in the rough) 😉 On Guard... I got the oil which I also sometimes put in water, diffuse, make rollerballs with and much more. I also have the hand sanitizer and the toothpaste. A lot of times in our lives we go through major changes, sometimes as children, we switch schools or move away from our birth home. Parents get divorced or back together and than comes adulthood. . To me this is when the most skin is shed. During adulthood from 18-25 is such a major different just like 25-35 major difference. . We must embrace each change like a season just like we are happy to get through winter to get to summer and than once we are over the heat waves and heat stroke warnings 😳 we can’t wait for fall. Falls my favorite season, maybe cause I’m a fall baby! Idk but I sure do love hoodies and boots every damn day! . We change our beliefs, we change our values, we change our daily routine, we change the way our bodies look. . We also hold on to certain friendships as we face out of others. . Change is a good and beautiful thing, yet many of us have so much anxiety coping with it. . This is one of the many areas yoga has really helped me connect with and be able to have more flexibility in. It’s not just routine or practice but it’s a lifestyle. . Embrace change and even when friends change love them more for their own evolution. . Lift each other up more. Especially US WOMEN. . Damn are we always comparing each other 🤦‍♀️ . Today I challenge you to embrace change the same way we embrace each season. Not only that I’m challenging you to complement another women. As women we are naturally care takers, mama bears, and people pleasers. . Misspelling and all. We see Instagram and Facebook pics of #wokeuplikethis no no puffy hair and all...!yes this is how we all really wake up. No makeup, no hair brush,!sat straight up and snapped. Even missed a word ;) 🤦‍♀️Although it’s bugging me I’m not gunna go back and retake it. I refuse to use a real women or real this is real that. But this is real. True Story. We all know what I do for a living. I guess you can say, I’m an entrepreneur, Or #girlboss. I teach yoga, give intuitive readings (I was born super intuitive as I call it), I help others transform not only through teaching yoga or giviving them a reading but I Life Coach/ Spiritual Life Coach. My clients and I have a built up relationship and somewhat a friendship, being a Libra I’m one for balance. . The last few months it’s been getting to me, another “reader” had copied what I always say “Natural Born” & super intuitive. I noticed a week after I once in awhile would post other than yoga and other health topics... was when they started copying. All this time scrolling through my feed and seeing it multiple times a day. And they are not the only ones. I was actually infuriated each time I saw it. . Then I realized, although I’m very supportive and genuinely happy for any one especial women my generation, I feel reall happy and proud for them. This got to me because I felt like it would take people away 😆 . I realized most of my clients are a full regular client base which is amazing and not only that, the real recognize the real. . So girl! If that’s what you gotta do than go for it. . People and friends and followers usually can read between to lines of bs. And there are plenty more to come to verify of what they don’t them was legit. So that shows me not to worry and how the Universe will always fix it. . I also noticed, that I was mad most because business or no business, someone should never say something even about themselves that isn’t true. And again real recognizes real. . Hmmm? What should I pack today? I love this little solid and golden tan bag from @holistic.oils. Each day depending on how I’m feeling, what yoga class I’m teaching and what I’m doing. “The 8 Limbs of Yoga” . I feel like so many get lost and transcendent in pretty poses and beautiful back drops. . Who got what yoga clothes where. . The affiliated who sell out for money and free clothes rather than a organization or small company they believe it. . That could be you. That could be me. But would that still be Yoga? . In my opinion all life in general is the natural state is yoga. The natural BEING of yoga. . Look at your dog, look at your cat. Take a walk outside and really observe and think... watch the animals, play, mate, meditate and migrate. THATS YOGA! .
