Shout out to Señor Uhl for taking Strickler’s office but keeping his name plate on his desk

He actually has his own name plate on his desk in an earlier episode (when he meets Lucy and Ricky) and I have been laughing ever since about what possible reason he’d have to put it back again.

#I have my theory that he puts it there when he leaves the office for the day#and then when he comes back in the morning he’s like #haha I stole your job what are you going to do about that /walter/ #and then dumps in the box in his drawer that contains the spare white out and hole punchers and stuff #because I refuse to believe he’s not a petty dork #especially when alone

This is my favorite theory because it makes the eternal knight exchange 2000% funnier

#why’d you even take his office Uhl? #I hear you saying ‘budget’ and ‘plot’ but let’s be honest #it’s got the best windows #and subsequently the best blinds #and a piano that is THE ONLY THING THAT UHL MOVED APPARENTLY #one of my favorite things about Trollhunters is how easily and conveniently they justify budget and plot limitations #but they take the time to put ONE LINE in to make that justification #simple but effective
