please vote for tylenol to have her face on a beer can $1 for 1 vote and the donation goes to the baltimore animal rescue and care shelter
TYLENOL HAS MADE IT INTO THE TOP TEN LETS FUCKING GO
VOTE NOW SO WE CAN SEE TYLENOL'S FACE ON BEER CANS IN THE DITCHES BY THE SIDE OF THE ROAD!!!
If you all will allow me a moment to analyze the competition as it exists, there's something interesting going on with the numbers.
As we all know, thanks to the support of the good people of Tumblr, Tylenol has experienced a meteoric rise to second place. Even though her competition is stiff, I believe in Tylenol's ability to go the distance.
But let's take a look at the competition:
Elmer seems to be a lovely boy. I have no qualms with Elmer, and think he would look fantastic on a beer can. But what about Elmer's campaigns? Who is the power behind the throne here, and how have they managed to find such breakout success on this competition?
A handful of wealthy donors are trying to buy this competition.
At the end of the day, all donations are good donations here. This is a charity event so every penny earned is going to help animals in need. But it's not lost on me that Elmer's current ranking is thanks entirely to a few individuals with the financial means to put their thumbs on the scale.
Tylenol's donors, comparatively, are small and numerous, mostly $1-10 donations from many passionate believers in what she stands for (autism and pain relief I think).
Overall, the donations tell a very different story than what the base ranking shows you. Elmer is held aloft by just 24 donors and bolstered by a few wealthy patrons, whereas Tylenol has won the hearts of literally hundreds of people. Even the current third place, Abby, owes her ranking to numerous small contributions rather than one or two large ones.
Tylenol is the people's princess.

Good news!
Tylenol is real! I love you Tylenol!
A vote for Tylenol is a vote for the people
One time my dad came to family dinner all excited “you know that show Sherlock? I hear fans are writing whole new stories for it online”
And in perfect unison my sister and I yelled “DAD NO!” So vehemently he stopped in his tracks.
Then a look of dawning comprehension on his face.
“Oh, this is like Kirk and Spock, isn’t it”
And I died right then and there.
does anybody know how to get out of bed. or be a better person
wow
just because someone can articulate their point better doesn’t make them right, it makes them articulated.
and you aren’t stupid for having trouble articulating yourself.
"I can't believe humans would hunt the thylacine to extinction, humans are fundamentally evil" Hey, did you know that extinction was long thought to be impossible, and within 50 years of humans realizing that extinction via overhunting was a possibility it practically stopped happening? Did you know that humans are so desperate to prevent more losses that they're funneling millions of collective hours and billions of euros into helping other species? Hours and euros that could be spent on humans, being spent on species on whom humanity's own survival does not depend? Did you know that due to an accidental introduction of rats, the Lord Howe Island stick insect population was brought down to 24 individuals and now there are tens of thousands of them?
This bug. This bug that, to most humans, is utterly useless, relatively gross, and completely foreign. Humans saved it because humans do not want to cause another extinction ever again if they can avoid it.

One of my favorite little quirks of TVTropes is that the people covering the Godzilla franchise have a deep moral revulsion towards Gigan. Like, seriously, just search for Gigan and they have him in the same "Complete Monster" category as Anton Chigurh and Judge Holden.
Fucking Gigan.
"The freedom of giant cyborg chicken things is an insult to me. I'd have them all in zoos. That would be a hell of a zoo."
First of all, in Godzilla vs. Gigan, he was just a poor space dinosaur surgically mutilated and forced to be the mind-controlled slave of alien cockroaches. So no moral culpability there.
And in Godzilla vs. Megalon, the seatopians are pissed that people keep nuclear testing in their oceans, so they send out a giant beetle god (actually kind of feel like these last two movie's kaiju should have been switched, but that's beside the point). And once the beetle gets his ass kicked because he's stupid and drill hands aren't actually that productive, the Seatopians radio the alien cockroaches for help, drawing on some Ancient Atlantean-Blatta Accord that apparently exists in the same continuity as Gojira (1954). And so Gigan comes back to earth. To save the oceans' indigenous people from the ravages of nuclear weaponry. And he's automatically chummy with Megalon, who clearl needs assistance because something's not all there.
Gigan is an environmentalist hero, and has empathy towards people in need, no matter how aquatic or chitinous. He's like Captain Planet if he locked the fuck in.
"OH, GIGAN IS SADISTIC, HE TORTURES HIS FOES."
Uh, so does Godzilla, all the time. He just toys with motherfuckers.
"OH, GIGAN IS A COWARD, HE ALWAYS RUNS AWAY WHEN HE'S LOSING."
Yeah, it's called a strategic retreat. Gigan is smart enough to know that once you get your HP wrestled down to 10, Godzilla's going to atomic breath you in the face. You're not a dirty coward for not wanting your head to be the next Trinity testing site.
I am become breath, destroyer of latex.
"OH, GIGAN SLOWLY DRAGS PEOPLE INTO HIS BUZZSAW."
Uh, yeah? He had his viscera forcibly ripped out and replaced with a buzzsaw. You expect him not to use it in his kaiju death battles? Excuse me? He lost his duodenum for that. He has to use colostomy bags. He has hooks for hands, the boy cannot wipe, let his use his one goddamn thing without moralizing about it.
Godzilla has atomic fallout for breath. You know what that shit does? You think using that in Japanese cities isn't problematic? The boy is a metaphor.
No, but seriously, the tropers hate Gigan so much and will do everything to slander him.
Oh, so he won't finish off his opponents, only drag them into his buzzsaw, something well known for causing minor, painful injuries.
And, oh boy, really evil move, attacking poor, defenseless GODZILLA
His helpless opponents are, once again, Godzilla, Angurius, and an Ultraman knock-off trying to kill him.
He didn't choose to "wear" it? Other people did all of these things to him?!
Also, insane? Gigan is a paragon of mental health. Oh you have to be crazy to *watches the events in question* deal damage to your opponent in a death fight
"One or two hits?" Did anyone on this page watch these movies?
He's just a chainsaw-guy who knows when to call it quits when shit is getting too much for him to handle, we call this pulling a Fujimoto Tatsuki
"Also, uh, yeah, he's totally helpful and friendly but don't let that fool you, he's a complete monster, totally dude"
Fuck you
Oh no, he won't let Godzilla stand up and kill him
Did Godzilla bot this site?
The fuck is this? Just... it's his fucking beak? You're just going off vibes?
