I haven't posted in a long time, My birthday was a couple of weeks ago and I really relaxed for a month and enjoyed myself, being lazy. I didn't go to the gym as much but I did dance a lot so I can't say I never broke a sweat ;) It is time to get back on track for my fitness goals. I've had a long rest and now it's time to work. YAY! I can touch my toes again! I had never been able to do it as a kid. A few years ago I was stretching daily and was finally able to- then I fell off the workout wagon for awhile.
