Once again in need of help

Hello, y'all!

Really, really sorry to be doing this again, but turns out some money I had been counting on will not be making its way to me as I had hoped.

I was really counting on that money to clear some debt and pay my bills (as well as general groceries and cat and dog food) but now I feel like I don't even know what to do or where to turn.

I'm really truly sorry to be doing this, I honestly feel ashamed. I didn't want to come here again to ask for this but I truly feel lost now.
