This is simply because of the intro of: "This is a story of two children / One who hid to be heard / And another who ran to be remembered"
Cole hid from his father when he "ran off to be a ninja" but he eventually told Lou "his truth" and for once, Lou listened to what his son had to say.
Geo ran away from Shintaro, and was eventually forgotten by all he had known, placing him in the Land of Lost Things, but he was eventually found and remembered by his family --- Fritz, Spitz, Bonzle, and especially Cole.
Yes this is a lostshipping animation.
Coyotes -- Rogue/Jay [and Nya]
Specifically because of the repeated lines "Mankind's behavin' like some serial killers / Giant ol' monsters afraid of the sharks / And we're in love with all of it / And we say, "What can we say?""
Basically its just about Jay becoming hostile towards the Ninja but Nya still trying to love him and hold onto the hope that he'll remember her.
The Moon Will Sing --- Echo Zane
"I shine only with the light you gave me" and "Ten years worth of dust and neglect / We made our peace with weariness and let it be"
the only time EZ was ever brought up was in Skybound, simply because Jay stumbled upon him in the lighthouse (from what I can remember, correct me if I'm wrong), and the only reason EZ was even in there was because Dr. Julian made him as a sort of replica of Zane, but eventually abandoned him once he left the lighthouse (and who even knows if he abandoned EZ long before then).
"Like swords to the pit of my belly / I want to feel the fire that you kept from me"
Then there's the whole theory of EZ being Mr. E (which was the intended plotline but that idea was scrapped), which, in my opinion, shows how resentful he grew of the Ninja, they're the ones who took his father/maker away, and especially Zane because he's the one who stole all the love, which turns out in Harumi's favor when she recruited EZ in the first place.
Remember that whole Zane vs. Mr. E fight? Yeah.

the whole ass game show announcer arc in season 4 got to me
i made like 4 frames of it for some of the lyrics, specifically
