So, I will be reuploading all that I have managed to reacquire in one massive post. I'll be using my colour coding method for everything, because my sanity (lack there of) demands it!

C) Blake's has been astranged to her mother when she left her home and never contacted her after a long period of time.
D) Weiss was completely distant and separated to her mother even before she left for beacon.
E) Pyrrha's mom was Missing for 4 years and she was married in the kingdom vale so the marriage law has the same effects.
There is also the wording of the law and the foundation of this very council, (holding up the bro's code book up as to show it) this is a bros law and as no bros was affected by this action there is then no charge that can hold against my client Mr arc.
Mercury: Objection Your Honor! By Blood these are four MILFS are still family members! Yang Xiao long and Weiss Schnee have been, on the record, claimed that Raven Branwen and Willow Schnee are still their mothers in spite of any disruptions or otherwise lack of adherence to the traditional family unit.

Nora: Does the sexual tension need to be higher or lower or something?
Ren: That varies on case-to-case basis. If the non-Bro and Bro are both male, then the homo-eroticism could weigh more heavily on his cases in either direction depending on the severity of the accusations, as well as the competency of the lawyers. A higher level of homo-eroticism could potentially be interpreted as a higher degree of betrayal according to the code.

Ren: Informative, and likely to be part of both the defense and the prosecution. Right now, both parties will have to establish what kind of relationship each of the daughters has with Jaune.

Ren: Correct. Right now, in the case of Pyrrha's mother it could be reasonably argued that a ruling of Not Guilty is a correct one, as well as a just one. It's the other mothers that will be the real challenge for either side to argue for or against Jaune's ultimate verdict.
Nora: Right, right. Ruby and the others all have different connections to our Jaune-Jaune.
Ren: Correct again. Ruby is something both of a little sister and a best friend to Jaune.
Nora: *Checking her now empty popcorn bowl* And Jaune is also Ruby's first friend. That must count for a lot, no?
Ren: Against Jaune potentially, yes. High value friendships weigh more heavily when considered for honorary Bro status in cases like these.

Ren: Probably, but that's for both the defense and the prosecution to argue.

As I said, Mr. Arc might not be a combatant of Alexander Nikos' caliber, but it's his drive to train and to improve himself that had sparked Hestia Nikos' interest in him. Once again, this was not the deciding factor in doing some naked wrestling in the training room, bed room and the kitchen... among other places.

Flynt: *Shows A4* And finally we have Willow Schnee, who saw in the defendant a man who cares. It's been a long established open secret that Jacques Schnee is a Jacq-ass, and that their marriage had less life in it than an Apathy. Whilst it could reasoned that Willow Schnee would have pursued anything with a pulse that showed even a hint of compassion compared to her husband, it was Mr. Arc who reignited the faint embers in her soul. And he did so by being himself, not by being someone else. And once again, this has been put the on record as not having been the reason they've done some "filing work" all over Jacques Schnee's office.

Flynt: All this can be learned from the written affidavits provided by each of the MILFs. All of this shows that by going on character alone, Mr. Arc's intent with each of these SSS-Rank MILFs were not done for the pursuit of the ultimate prize of getting some with said SSS-Rank MILFs.

Cardin, heartily scarfing down the last of his meal: "I'll let it pass this time councilor." *Wipes his face with the bottom of his judge attire* "The court is now in session!" *Slams gavel* "Defense, you may proceed."
Mercury: "Thank you your honor. I would like to call to the stand Ruby Rose, daughter of Summer Rose and Bettie to Jaune Arc!"
Flynt: "Objection! You're honor he's trying to bias the jury!"
Cardin: "Sustained. No more of that counselor. We are professionals. Jury you are to ignore that last part of the statement."
Mercury: "Sorry your honor. I won't do it again."
Everyone: *Watches as Ruby enters the courtroom and steps onto the stand*
Cardin: "Miss Rose, please place your right hand on Crescent Rose."
