Can't afford rent and vet bills for december (Help would be greatly appreciated. Ko-Fi in the tags)

I guess most of you don't know me, and I'm also not very active here at the moment, but...

I lost my job in april this year (2024) and have been on the job hunt and in a bad mental headspace since then since the same month also my best friend lost her battle to cancer.

I get help from the state, but it is not much and I've been in a constant struggle for months now and just lost the ability to go into minus on my bank account.

I already couldn't pay rent in october and just had to pay it back because I didn't get more time from my landlady for it.

And now I can't pay rent for december, and I also got vet bills coming up because Bagira has arthrosis and needs meds, and Jim needs an xray because he most likely also developed arthrosis. I have a pet insurance, but I need to pay out of pocket and then *maybe* get it all back.

I just don't know what to do anymore. I am at the end of my means, and at a total loss of what to do.

If you could help me, even with just sharing this, it would mean so much to me...

I would love a workplace mockumentary about what it's like working for the Volturi. I'm picturing it as like Parks & Rec/The Office meets What We Do In the Shadows and I think it would be SO much fun.

Just, daily life hanging around Volterra, gossiping around whatever passes for the water cooler (the latest secretary they just killed and drained? Idk), petty workplace rivalries. How to manage your theoretically three bosses (Aro, Marcus and Caius) with wildly different temperaments and management styles.

What are the benefits like? Do they get vacation days? Are they unionized? Are they paid at all? What do they do in their downtime? Do they go out after work for drinks and karaoke? Who's the co-worker who always has one last question when a meeting was just about to wrap up?
