Phineas and Ferb take kind of a "whatever" attitude towards gender at the end of the episode, with Ferb delivering his line as something like "Perhaps gender as a construct is more fluid than our society tells us and can be changed at any time" to which Phineas replies "You said it, sister!"

Buford vehemently denies that he could ever be a girl himself, but says a girl version of him would be "pretty cool". (The toughest eggs crack the hardest)

Baljeet wonders when *he'll* become a girl

Isabella starts imagining Phineas as a girl and has an awakening that makes it her mission to feminize him faster

Towards the start of the episode Phineas wants to show Perry the Boy Zone, and Baljeet says “isn’t Perry technically a girl? Only female platypus lay eggs and sweat milk” . Phineas replies “You didn’t know he’s trans? Hey, where’s Perry’s pronouns pin?”
