Just finished Season 12, and here are my thoughts:

Some of the best moments in this season are:

1. Superstar Rockin Jay

2. Kai’s Avatar

3. The entire dance off scene.

Nya and Jay were super entertaining, Cole’s attempts to teach Kai to dance were super funny.

4. Zane and Pixal acting like detectives.

Hands down the best part of the season. This had me cackling

5. “I am Okino!”

Okino was so silly 😂 I dunno, I just found him amusing.

Though I do think it would have been a bit more interesting if Lloyd would have had to fight one of the other ninja who already had been ‘cubed’.

I’m leaning towards Kai, since they always have had a close relationship, and it also feel like it would have been easier for Unagami to try and convince Lloyd that it was actually Kai then convince Lloyd his dead emotional abuser who got crushed by a building has returned and is somehow in the video game.

But. Anyway.

I liked season 12! It was pretty good! Could have been better, obviously, but it was fun.

Anyone else remember that Shannon originally only got a 3 book deal with scholastic for Kotlc? I think about that sometimes.

Here we are, almost 14 years later, waiting on the 12th book. (Yes, I’m counting the .5’s as books, cause they definitely count).

I figured Kai & Leo would get along, lol.

Also try to find some women cause Marella can not be the only girl.

I know nothing about Avatar the Last Airbender, except that Zuko has fire powers, so. Maybe this is a sign I should finally watch it?

What I Want To Happen In Kotlc Book Ten in No Particular Order:

- Linh/Marella Yuri (Fire Water Yuri)

- Fitz to be less angry (and to move on)

- Fitz & Keefe to be friends again

- Lady Gisella to be bitch slapped (preferably by Keefe, but Sophie is a close second)

- Honestly, Lord Cassius to be bitch slapped. Slap them both while we’re at it.

- Dex (Do I need to say more?)

- Keefe to NOT run away from his problems

- Ro’s return (and her punishments involving ooze or something like that for Keefe)

- Biana doing something badass, preferably with Sophie on a badass side quest

- Sophie’s Father’s Identity

- Baby Alicorn moments

- Agnsty Tam

- Keefe to use his powers again (I miss him as an empath, we haven’t seen you since, like, 2019)

- Less new characters. Focus on the ones we got already (including the evil people)

- More Sokeefe romantic moments

- Sokeefe vs. Sofitz Agnst

- THE SERIES TO END

Does anyone know if there is a blog completely dedicated to helping people find miraculous ladybug fanfics?

It’s just a blog that people can submit miraculous fanfic recommendations too, and it can be organized by ships, and like, word counts.

It could help readers find and discover fanfics that’s their interested in, and also help authors with low levels of readers gain more exposure!

As someone who occasionally writes, comments mean more than anyone realizes.

Plus, it would be a place where people can find others who have also read the same fics, and they can talk about them, and… well. You probably get the point.

I’ve seen a few other fandoms do it. I was curious if one existed yet for miraculous.

I never thought I would say this, but I miss Gabriel Agreste

Like. I love Miraculous. I truly do. But the show doesn’t feel the same without Gabriel.

Yes, he was a horrible parent. Yes, he did a lot of horrible things, manipulated a lot of people, and terrorized an entire city for months.

But you know what else he was? ENTERTAINING.

This guy didn’t give a shit about his child. He spent half his time monologging to a coffin in his basement while we watched him from funny angles.

And we made fun of him for it!

His awkward camera angles,

His dance moves,

His disgusted expression on the train in season 3, and his stupid costumes (why do the ears stick out)!

I know some people didn’t like him as a villian. But can’t you at least acknowledge the fact that you liked making fun of this guy?

The show isn’t perfect.

I have lots of other issues that are genuine and valid. This is just a preference thing.

But I miss him as a villian. Not as a parent though, his shit parenting is not at all missed. I’m very happy Adrien doesn’t have to live with this guy anymore.

RIP funky Gabriel camera angles. It was nice while it lasted.

Was watching Wishmaker when my mom walked in.

She sat down and watched the scene where Luka, Marinette and Adrien are discussing their future careers.

Then she turned to me and said “Luka would be chill with a throuple” then walked away.

She came back a few minutes later and explained to me that Luka is pan cause “he’s into their inner-melodies, not what’s on the outside”.

Also my dad walked in when the “Look! Look! I’m a cucumber!” Part came on and he walked out whispering “wtf is this fucking show”

And. Honestly?

That’s how I feel anytime a new episode drops.
