'andine folk' is a broad term bc there's a lot of styles and all of them have their own interpretations depending on the country or region, I mostly know some from the north of my own country, for example: Huayno, but traditional Argentine huaynos are different from the ones in Bolivia, or Chile or Peru subtly
There are very old ones that have no recognized autor like this one 'Ojos Bonitos' from Peru: (there are a lot of versions where they changed it to blue eyes đ) :

then it also happens that people put lyrics to old melodies like there's this group of Sikuris in Bolivia that have their own ancestral melodies
but there's a famous case of an argentinian composer, Daniel Paz, that put lyrics over it to help popularice the protest he saw at the time, here's a live interpretation:
(sikuris are so interesting on themselves bc the only way you can make the melody is with at least two people, the notes of the scales are equally divided in two different types of Sikuris that symbolize different things, two halves of a whole, there's no music without teamwork )
Then u have the 'newer' ones composed by recognized autors like these ones from Bolivian composers:

But anyway that's JUST Huayno, you also have Vidala, Bagualas, Cuecas and a lot more I probably don't know about
