I'm repinning this post without my angry rambling about remakes attached (summary under cut). I keep saying I am going to write more and I truly do want to write more, but life happens and other projects scratch the creative itch right now.

To summarize my previous rambling: I really hate the remake trend in entertainment and that especially goes for RE & SH. It feels hollow, misled, and like characters are misinterpreted or portrayed completely different to the original material (to me). These fics are inspired by the original games and I'm gonna stick by having first created fanart in 2018 lol (I can't find the ask where I posted the drawing on mobile, I'll link it if I can remember to find it later) so it isn't DBD related either (I've never played).
