hello!

Hiya everyone! I'm "we love poe-try", from hipttrest (sfth side of pinterest). This is my lil intro post, so here goes about me and my life.

I've been hyperfixated on sfth since 2022 which seems a crazy long time ago now, and I'll be posting about them on here, as well as on my pinterest. I'm studying english lit (amongst other things) in England, and really want to be a writer - which I'll also be posting on here!

Most of the stuff I write is gay, like me, to do with mental health, or existential, so if you'd find something to relate to in that or just want to escape into a fruity reality for a bit, come along for the ride :)

I love art (which, at risk of repeating myself, I'll also be posting about on here), some sfth related, most school projects.

sfth fan theory - lesbian godmothers

So, the lesbian fairy godmothers and the gay fairies. I have a theory.

They're lovely. Right? Lovably chaotic, fans of Chappell Roan, and the best fruity mischief makers ever.

So why do they scream when you look at them?

My theory (and yes ik its not real but whatever) is that they're metaphors for the character's internalised homophobia, because they provide the gay thoughts and push them to act on it, but acknowledging them directly causes them to yell and scream, making it seem like a massive sin, because its 19-whatever-it-was.

They're like the voice in your head that tells you its wrong, even if they are the ones pushing the fruitiness.

But then that makes the ending so much sweeter. The girls look at each other's lesbian fairy godmother, and acknowledge them, so they can be together properly - and the godmothers leave. They helped each other accept themselves for who they are.

I think thats kinda cute :3 🏳️‍🌈
