I gained clarity

I outgrew some things

I trusted the process

I failed and got back up

I started making progress towards my goals

I searched for solutions

I didn’t judge myself as harshly

I admitted to my mistakes

I set boundaries

I stopped letting my energy be drained by people and circumstances I can’t control

I wasn't so dissapointed

I laughed more often
