Redesigned my TF oc based on the M35 Mako - which coincidentally makes for a pretty good Cybertronian name

(I wanted to put the canon on her back but couldn’t get it to look right - assume it’s retractable)

Headcanon is they got stranded on one of those exploitable planets in MF1, scanned Shepard’s Mako, and took its place in disguise to get off the planet

I know people have been joking since 2007 that Shepard is a bad driver because of the Mako's wonky physics, but I've always seen it as another sign of her competence. This woman can land a backflip trick shot in a fucking *tank* that she whips around like a go kart, the same tank that she uses for an unplanned FTL jump after redlining it through a field of killer robots and artillery fire. That's Battlefield levels of insanely reckless carkour shit. Teen Shepard absolutely got in trouble with the cops for joyriding at least once regardless of her background.

I was lucky enough to meet Ali Hillis (the voice of Liara T'Soni in Mass Effect) at a convention recently. This was actually my second time meeting her and she was just as incredibly nice this time as she was the last time! If she ever goes to a convention near you, I highly recommend saying hi to her! She's an absolute sweetheart! A while before the convention, the official BioWare gear store announced a bunch of new Liara merch. One of the new pieces of merch was a "Liara companion bundle" that included a never before seen love letter from Liara to Shepard. I was so happy that we were getting new Liara merch that also gave us new lore! When I went to the convention, I showed a picture of the companion bundle to Ali and asked her if she could make a voice recording of her reading it as Liara. She thought the letter was beautiful and said yes! This is the recording and Ali knocked it out of the park! Huge thanks to Ali for being so kind and awesome!

Megamind is so funny to me. Several things are easily and beautifully established in the first few scenes of the movie.

Probably the worst crime that Megamind can actually be persecuted for is kidnapping. Some destruction of property. Otherwise, absolutely nobody is actually scared of him. There's no evacuation when he "takes over" (unlike later when Tighten takes over and there's a mass-exodus.)

He has some form of probably legitimate income since he purchases and ships all of his "evil lair" accessories from an outlet store, of all things, in Romania.

He has fans. (Fucking Bernard)

He probably hasn't killed anybody ever. (He told Roxanne to evacuate the Metro Man museum "we're having the walls and ceiling removed") (also his complete freakout when "MetroMan's" skeleton is revealed)

He purposely mispronounces things. (Says spider correctly initially, and then "corrects" himself.)

He unintentionally mispronounces things. ("Ollo?")

He doesn't know what windows are???? Has to be explained to him, despite his lair having them???? And the jail he was raised in has windows???? And the school he went to had windows????

His alligators (from the alligator pit) are very obviously well-loved and cared for. They have a disco ball, their own room, and piles of toys. They looked like they were having a great time, actually.
