During the first ever Blitzo and Stolas seduction scene Blitzo holds his hand by reaching out finger first as a way to engage intimacy

And if you remember from the previous House of Asmodeus episode right after the song Stolas looks at Blitzo and attempts to hold his hand in the same way that Blitzo did that first time as a way to comfort him.

I might be looking too deep into this but maybe Stolas was trying to reassure Blitzo by reminding him of their first encounter since he romanticized the memory but it backfires because it reminds Blitzo it's all built on a lie and that their relationship is shallow.
